UPDATE: WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND ON AN ORDER THAT WAS NEVER RECEIVED.
We ordered carry-out from the movile app on 12/22/2025. We waited to go to the restaurant until the the app said our order was ready. We got to the pick up window line, only to be held up there for 30 min. We watched two vehicles in front of us drive away without their food. When we got to the window, the person working there pretended to look for our order, come back to the window and tell us our order hadn’t even been started. I wasn’t going to wait another 15‐20 min. I told them to cancel the order. The money was still taken out of our bank even though they hadn’t started the order and we received no food. I’m beyond frustrated!

I ordered carry out and got home to find they had completely messed up my order. I got a dinner box with meat lovers pizza – they put white sauce instead of marinara and I asked for bell peppers to be added. I called and the person that answered asked for my phone number and I gave it to them and they hung up. I called back and same thing asked for phone number and I gave it to them and then listened to this woman breathe for like a minute before I said hello and she was like I’m still here, delivery or carry out and then I explained my situation and she had an attitude and the only resolution they had was for me to bring it in and be remade. I am not about to waste gas going back when they messed up my order. Also they did not apologize for the mess up. They were all around just rude. Never want to deal with them again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The food is good, though the pasta is more oil than dairy. I would like to know what oil is being used to make the alfredo. It never used to be that way, it was always dairy. Y’all need to lower the fees so we can give a bigger tip to the driver. The driver is what makes the difference in delivery. Don’t think I will order the pasta again because of the oil. And not sure I will order for delivery again due to the high fees.
