I visit the Ten Mile and Ustick location often and have always been met with such kindness and attentiveness. One time particularly, I had left the restaurant and immediately dropped my wings and breadsticks and one of the employees was so quick to offer a replacement. It was super awesome of her and she wouldn’t let me pay for the replacement!

So I ordered a pizza a half and half, my daughter wanted a white sauce, but two others wanted a supreme. Well they failed to tell me they dont do half and half sauces. Had I known I would have ordered two medium pies instead of the large. So they offered to deliver a free medium, then I get a text that they are not delivering it door dash was, well a pie that should be here already now has to wait for a driver from door dash. Service in our society doesn’t really exist anymore.

Ordered 2 large pizzas with different toppings and crusts, 8 boneless wings and cheese sticks. Picked up everything piping hot 15 min after the order was placed. Clean place. Staff was warm and welcoming. All items were executed flawlessly, and they actually tasted good!

Ordered a couple pizzas for dinner almost 3 hours before I wanted delivery. They confirmed the order, sent tracking messages and evens said it was delivered. It never showed up. It was already 15+ minutes after the requested time and I waited a bit longer before calling. They told me they may have driven close and I needed to wait longer. They said call back if you haven’t received it in another 20 minutes. Awful service skills by whoever answered the phone.

Hmm so let me get this straights.. asked about any deals they said there where no deals…. ok thats fine until I ask them about the box deals and they said o we have that . Repeated question so do u guys have deals… they again said no we dont have any deals…… ok frustrating so then the price is higher than normal … ok fine I want to just be done with the order and hurry along… then i deside to check the prices of the pizzas … and to behold the hidden design the missing link the prices arnt even there…. now i descover that not all information is the same and you have 2 to 20 steps to find the prices …. its like a video game you have to grind through and die all at the same time. I might as well scream in a trash can and hope the raccon gives better information but noo the raccon is just as helpful……………. needless to say i still love this place hands down but my God please make the prices vissible up front and honest and PLEASE!!!!!!! IF U DONT KNOW WHAT UR SELLING ASK SOME ONE !!!!… haha but delivery driver at least did there job IT WAS EFFICIENT AND NOT COMPLICATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GENUISE !!!!!!!

So I called this Pizza Hut, and the manager answered I gave him the address and he told me they didn’t deliver to my house. Then my girl called back 20 minutes later gave him the same address and then they were able to deliver to my house. I didn’t wanna say anything till I got the food once I got the food I called there and asked him what happened. He said he made a mistake and then he told me he didn’t talk to my girl. I said I recognize your voice. He said OK I said ask him tell me I’m lying. Did you talk to my girl or not? He goes OK I said OK five times like basically had to tell him that I’m gonna talk to the gym in the morning hands-down with the worst customer service I’ve ever had will not be going there and I suggest no one call this Pizza Hut in Idaho It is one thing to be incompetent. It’s another thing to lie to the customer and I’m looking forward to the GM contacting me if I was the GM I would not want to speak with me.

Called for pizza. Gave the dude my credit card # twice. Knew it was good. He said it wasn’t. Gave him my debit card. Knew that was good. He said it wasn’t. Fine. Went elsewhere. It’s just pizza. Next place I called took my card. Checked my account and had three charges to Pizza Hut. Called them and told the dude and he told me not to worry. The charges were pending. Told him if I got charged for $90 of pizza I never received I’d be in tomorrow and he and I could chat first hand along with his manager. Then he hung up on me. Again, it’s just pizza. Hang up on me man? Will Never. Ever. Order from this Pizza Hut again.

Cleanest pizza hut in the area! Ali and Kristen have the best customer service skills. No doubt the drivers are courteous and fast. The cooks and csr’s are one of a kind, especially that Sam fella. The pizzas come out of the oven looking B.E.A.- Utiful!

Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take our order. When someone finially came up front they just printed like we weren’t there and returned to the back. We left. We had previous not had bad service here.
