what’s up with the delivery service lately? i’m a stay at home mom unable to drive so i’ve ordered dominos on days we don’t have groceries and when my hubby is at work. they keep forgetting things, last time it took them 2 hours to complete an order because the driver was out doing deliveries (which is understand) but the driver still forgot my missing items when they left again. they had to give me a free pizza which is appreciated but there’s a reason i order everything i do lol. (i don’t have stuff at home.)
this time they forgot a whole soda. and now i have to wait again for the driver to finish other delivers before i get my complete order. the service for delivery used to be great, now its not. the last time this happened the employees were nice and like i said, granted me a free pizza. this time the girl who answered sounded annoyed. hopefully they don’t skip over my order again.

Food is gross. Their pan pizza used to be the best. Now they use frozen dough, and don’t even de thaw it before cooking. So, the outside gets burned and the middle isn’t even cooked.

These guys are fantastic i ordered a pizza, bread sticks, and a 2 liter of Pepsi they got the pizza wrong the first time, but corrected it then gave us the other pizza for free god bless their heart’s, I’m definitely only getting food from this specific pizza hut for the rest of my life.

i will not be back to this pizza hut again the taller gentleman that must manage was very rude and lazy he was sitting in the back of the store on his cell phone while the other guy was overwhelmed and needed help by the time i received my order i was beyond mad. as long as that gentleman who’s name i found out was Xavier. i will not be back, something needs to change i will bee reaching out to corporate as well.

Placed an order online when to pick it up and the lady working at 4:45pm on 9/10 said she would not accept that price and we would have to pay tripple the price. I went to the other store and they said they would honor it then said so sorry that offer is only good until 5pm. Also the guy at the other location said the lady at this location was probably pocketing the money.

I ordered from the store on Addison got the worst customer service I’ve ever had came into the store on Washington near Walmart and talked with Annie she made sure that she’d honor her customers and made things right thank you so much for not making it a big deal and just fixing my pizzas Annie !

The toppings were alright. A little too much sausage & meatballs. But I’m not sure that’s pizza dough, or hand-tossed. Felt a little ill afterwards. Maybe pan pizza is better… It’s og, after all.
