Order took 1 hour and 30 minutes on top of that they had to send a door dash driver to deliver my food and it was not ordered through door dash. Half my order was missing. The door dash driver had to go back to the store after I called and informed the clerk. Food was cold and pasta was cold. Called and asked for a refund and have had dead silence since then. Was told a General Manager would call. They have not. Not very professional service. Don’t recommend.

Awful. Put my order in an hour later I finally received my food. Doordash is delivering. No one at the store picks up the phone and calls go straight to call center. Didn’t feel like going out due to my daughter. Will not be ordering food from pizza hut after this. Zero stars.

I don’t remember who it was but when he answered the phone he was standoffish and kinda rude, I asked for a bacon sausage pizza I only got sausage on it and I have the receipt to prove it and there was no dipping sauce for my Cinnamon sticks, and it was a $13 box turned into a $30 box I get a delivery fee but it was $6. $30 dollars for 1 pizza is ridiculous.

Food arrived hot and yummy. I spent close to $50 and gave a 20% tip to the driver to not get the correct soda I ordered. I ordered Diet Pepsi and got a regular Pepsi instead. People with diabetes could have some issues with that. Driver was nice and very quick. However.

Ordered online, after waiting nearly an hour they showed up. Spent nearly $50, only to have them screw up one of the pizzas. When the CY store was called, the manager gave us attitude and then hung up. Pizzas were cold, one of them messed up, no offer to fix it. Will never be ordering from Pizza hut again. The pizza that was messed up did not even have sauce on it! The manager was VERY Rude, and again, HUNG UP on us. They refused to assist. The attitude just made us even angrier. Next time we want pizza it will be Papa John’s or Dominos thanks to the extremely rude “manager” on duty. Way to do business CY Pizza Hut. Way to go. I’ll be sure to let everyone I know, know just how we were treated. Would love a refund just for how we were treated when we called.
