WHERE IS MY PROSCIUTTO?
I ordered sandwich #5 on the menu with provolone, ham, prosciutto, and capicola. When I opened the sandwich, I had no luck finding the prosciutto. The staff argued that the ham was prosciutto. I know my meat from Europe and can’t believe that the kids on Sunday, 7/13/2025, at 6:00 p.m. tried to convince me otherwise and didn’t even offer to fix that sandwich.

Left off 1/3 of our to-go order. They also heated up the lettuce and tomatoes on a sub, which are obviously supposed to go on after the meats/cheeses are heated. Shredded lettuce is gross if it’s not cold. You’d think people running a sandwich shop would know the basics.

Well, Jersey Mike’s is fastly becoming one of my more favored places to stop for a quick bite. Them cold cuts and lettuce are brisk, let me tell you! More often than not, they roll through a busy line like it was nothing, too.
This place is no exception to it, lunch rush is in full swing and I was in and out of the place with time to spare. Absolute unit of a team, cranking those sammies out.

I made a mistake and ordered from the wrong location online. I called immediately after placing the order and nobody would answer the phone. I called immediately after 10 times until I finally got through and they told me it was too late. $50 down the drain because nobody knows how to answer the phone. To top it off, Gigi hung up on me. Absolutely unbelievable!

Loved my time there and the service was amazing. The meal was made to my liking and nothing short of perfection. The manager, Francis is the nicest, heartwarming individual I’ve ever met in my life. Will be going back and recommending this location as my go to sandwich spot.

I just moved here from nj and have been told it depends on which Jersey Mike’s you go to when you’re out of state- tried this one right near my apartment and they do it right. Very happy with how our subs tasted, their turkey is my favorite of all and even their bread was right as I remember

The food was absolutely fine but they couldn’t have been meaner. As soon as I walked in they didn’t say a word not even a hello. You could cut the tension with a knife it was so awkward. The store was empty and silent and I had to ask if I could order food. The most unfriendly people I’ve interacted with. I’ll go to the other Jersey Mike’s instead just to avoid the awkwardness and rudeness.

Walked in and got a Club. Not only is it missing the bacon bit it’s got a ridiculous amount of oil on it. Nice enough people but even at checkout the guy was talking on the phone the whole time.
