Have been a customer here for a few years. The food is pretty good but yes there are issues. Dining in is weird because the menu prices are way different than when you order through the app. Then it’s crazy that there aren’t tomatoes at the salad bar?? I asked for some last time because you definitely keep them in the kitchen since they’re a topping option and nope you can’t get any to put on your salad??!! Then when you order through the app for pickup there are times that it’s much longer I’m talking you get there when it says it’s going to be ready and it’s not even in the oven yet?? I know this isn’t anything the store can control but it really needs to get fixed where it gives an accurate time that the order will be ready.

We ordered our dinner to be delivered, we received the wrong items. I understand that these things happen sometimes but my problem is with how it was handled. I tried to call the store to get my issue resolved, I called three times and let it ring long enough each time that it took me back to the automated ordering line (which is a whole other problem in itself) I ended up taking my wrong items to the store, had to wait 15 minutes to even talk to someone, another 15 for my replacement items…All in all, I ordered my food at 5 pm, received it a little before 5:30 and by the time it was all resolved I got home to have the cold pizza that was actually correct, an hour after it was delivered. I paid a delivery fee…Why if I was going to end up at the store anyways.

My pickup order said 13 minutes when I ordered. I waited 20. Now they say it just went in the oven and it should take 15 minutes to cook. 15 minutes is not a big deal, but I came according to what I was told… And if it takes 15 minutes after it is in the oven, how was it 13 minutes from start to finish when I ordered? Kind of seems impossible to me. Just give real times man so we can plan accordingly.

It’s a shame Kymburlee Vanover is no longer there. She is quite possibly the only person reason many of us walking the door. Corporate really needs to work on the people skills of their managers and shift managers. Unhappy employees make for a sad business. Maybe we’ll try you again in a few years.

Hadn’t had Pizza Hut in years and it was surprisingly good despite this local restaurant being in understaffed chaos… there were two people in the kitchen and one server/everything else… she was running a bit ragged, forgetful and aloof but was pleasant.
Most tables needed wiped down/were dirty and overall the restaurant was a bit dingy.
They were out of personal pan pizzas and ran out of mediums during our order so I got large for medium price. Appreciated that!!
The workers who showed up were seemingly doing the best they could whilst lacking resources.
The new menus at this pizza hut location have no prices for anything at all listed.

I went there with my two kids. We were going to dine in. After about 10 minutes of them not coming to serve us I went to the front to order there. The cashier told me that I should go to my table and they will send a server. She then proceeded to place an order for a walk-in customer. Another 10 minutes went by and the server kept taking orders for everybody walking in. So we sat there for almost 20 minutes nobody starving us and getting farther and farther behind in the line. If you don’t have enough service to let people order at the table then you should not send them away when they try to order at the front

I actually hesitated ordering pizza hut after reading all the reviews with their delivery speed. I should have listened to my inner voice telling me , don’t do it , order legends instead, its my favorite anyway. Lesson learned. An hour later and still no pizza. Called , and can’t even speak to a local pizza hut staff. Had to talk to a call center who just guesses on when the pizza will be here.

Update. About an hour and 40 minutes later my husband decided to open the door to see if maybe they were driving around lost. Found rhe pizzas sitting on our doorstep, cold. Looked back on ring camera , yup they wer delivered right on time and he just plopped them in feont of rhe door and walked away. Didnt bother with the doorbell.

One of our pizzas was made with the incorrect sauce. (Red instead of white).) We called and the manager informed us that the replacement would not arrive for an additional 45 min. When replacement arrived, the delivery person brought two replacement pizzas with the correct sauce. We understand that mistakes can be made while restaurant is busy and appreciate the replacement of the correct product.
