Food is priced higher than other KFC -Taco Bell. My tortilla was stale on my taco. Chicken was lukewarm when boxed. Biscuits were hard and stale. Terrible customer service!

We ordered the 3 piece chicken box and we both received 2 backs & a leg. Backs have the least amount of meat on them and the piece most people don’t want. It was very disappointing to pay almost $13 a piece for backs, more or less I feel a little ripped off. Overall, the restaurant is clean and the staff is nice. I’ll eat there again the next time I’m in town but only at the Taco Bell, I won’t do the KFC side again.

Soggy undercooked breading on the chicken, lobby is filthy, was gonna dine in but no clean tables, got home after waiting for 20 minutes to get my order to find that one container of my mashed taters was completely busted open. The bag was carried gently by myself so I know it did not happen after leaving the store. Customer is very poor. This is the last chance they’re getting from me. I will drive to Keokuk KFC to get great customer service and great food.

So a friend and I went in here to get food, the staff is friendly but I ordered Mac and cheese and it was cold on top and kind of warm at the bottom also ordered a number 6 and 1 of my tacos was not in it and my friend ordered the Mexican pizza with extra meat and it was just extra beans
