We wanted to go have pizza at 821 pm on a Friday night and they were rude as soon as we walked in the door. The man at the counter who was working said in a rude tone and mannerism with a not so friendly voice ” can I help you?” And I said excuse me and he said it again. We replied that yes you. An help us we’d like to order food. He stated that they were closed inside. I said but your sign says your open till 11on Friday. He just said sorry. So we went to Dairy Queen instead. The owner of DQ must be raking in the cash because that place was so packed !! I will never support Pizza Hut in Monte Vista ever again.

All That I Can Say which is plenty I paid 35 bucks for a large pizza and I picked it up and this wasn’t an East Coast pie Chicago pie or anywhere in between it was a $35large Pizza Hut pizza not cheese in the crust original round hand tossed I still can’t believe they charged me $35 for a large pizza absolutely insane will not be going there again

Ordered a hand tossed pizza. Got a thin crust. No cheese. Just some dry toppings. Almost thirty dollars for a medium pizza. I hadnt been there in about a decade. I hear people cant even dine in anymore. Sad place. Wont be back. It used to be a great place with great food.

I have always been a fan of Pizza Hut. First off, there was no dine in. Attempted to order a pizza and just sit in the dining area since we were from out of state. Struck out on each and every way that we tried to order. If you order online or in person the cashier never found a method for my family to order including any “Pizza Hut specials” listed online. It was as though they were determined for us to leave and on top of that, order at full price without using any online specials. Very unprofessional and what I considered rude. You could not sit in their dining area if the menu stated carry out only.
And by the way I could see the cook making pizzas from the cashier position. He was preparing pizzas without gloves on. Unsanitary is not the word. Will not be back.

I have to give props to David. He is working the place all alone. Cook, cashier, and customer service. Wouldn’t suprise me was washing the dishes too. Good job David good workers like you are hard to find. Not to mention pizza was good to.

After being a regular, relatively happy customer of MV Pizza Hut for the past 12 years, today we picked up a LG Thin Crust pizza that was absolutely DROWNING in sauce!! It was so bad, we could hardly eat it. I immediately called and after explaining the issue, asked the gentleman who answered if we could get a store credit, to replace our really BAD pizza, and was flat out refused. NO customer service. NO long-term or local customer loyalty. And apparently the quality is going downhill as well. I could have eaten better with a frozen pizza from Safeway for 20% of the price!
