If I could give less than a 1 star I would. I ordered for delivery and got the wind pizza. When I called the store to let them know, they stated they couldn’t give a refund or credit, I would have to pay for a replacement pizza (full price) and then offered a percent of what I paid in credit toward the next order. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer when faced with a mistake on the businesses end. They didn’t have to worry about that credit, I’ll never order from this place again…smh

While they may have messed up our order, they made it right. My husband and children love the pan crust pizza, and it’s always good.
The customer service is great. They are understanding and polite.
The indoor seating is for small groups of 2-3 people, but we always get delivery or take out, so it’s no issue for us.

Customer service was horrible, I had to ask the manager to stop speaking so I could finish talking. I ordered through the app. I got an order of fries for 5.29. There’s 20 fries in the pack.

Ordered at 655p. At 755 called the store and found that a call center in Miami would transfer my call to the store, but that no one would answer. As I left the house to head to the store I found my incomplete/ incorrect order on my doorstep.
No knock, no doorbell, just left there.
Drove over to the store and spoke with the manager about my concerns. He advised he understood and remade what they had in stock and replaced what he didn’t with something similar

After 1 hour I tracked my order and it simply said “cancelled.” I used their app and it didn’t even notify me that it cancelled! Store seems to be purposely not answering because I’ve called a few times in the last day and a half. I called headquarters and they also hung up on me, claiming they can’t do anything and I have to take it up with the store. This is the most negative experience I had with a food delivery. This place is a joke.

As I write this review, my order has still not been completed . What started as a simple dinner order at 3:15 has turned into an 3 and a half hour wait. I call the store and they keep saying it’s on the way. Hours just keep going by. Happy 6:30pm. I paid cash for the order and items were missing. They spent hours telling me it in the way so I waited outside. No one came. They claim DoorDash attempted to redeliver it and couldn’t reach me. No one called me and no one came to my house. It’s not my fault your door dash driver messed up. I want my money. They are refusing to give me a refund which is illegal in this county so if the general manager refuses to compensate me Monday I’ll be filing a police report.

absolutely awful, I usually order Domino’s but decided to switch it up plus I found a cheap coupon. but the cheap pizza deal was not worth it and just reminded me why I don’t eat here. the sauce pepperoni and cheese were fine no complaints, but the dough and the crust of the pizza tasted so bad it literally tasted worse than cardboard, and after eating 2 slices it left an awful taste in my mouth I couldn’t stomach it anymore I literally threw the rest of the pizza away

Sitting in line for 10 minutes when a single guy is sitting on a chair just slowly making boxes. Got breadsticks and they don’t come with a 4 oz sauce anymore. They gave me a 2oz sauce only half filled. Called the store and they said that they went to a 2oz cup only half filled. Won’t be ordering from here again. Pathetic excuse of employees and I will not be paying for 1oz sauce anymore. Next time I’ll order from Dominos. Owners show be shameful. The picture below is a picture of the amount of sauce that it comes with apparently. I was told be super depressed sounding employee. Pizza was super flat. Had almost no sauce on it and was barely warm. Might as well add a smear of sauce to cardboard and cover it with hard over cooked cheese and throw pepperoni on it. I swear. I will never order from here again. Sad that we had neighbors over too. They won’t be ordering either.
