Ordered a pizza and drink for delivery. Did not receive the 2 liter of soda which was $5. Called the store to get a refund and was told they cannot do refunds only store credit. As I am someone who does not order pizza hut very often I told them this would be useless and they stated there was nothing else that could be done. If you order from here make sure you do pickup because they will short you items and only provide store credit. Seems like a bit of a scam to me. On top of all that the pizza was cold. Will not be ordering from here again.

Haven’t been to a pizza hut for years, since the last two times the food wasn’t great, especially for the price. I love the concept of a pizzeria, instead of just eating at home. However, the food is as I remember, just so/so. I got a meat “melt” through a T-Mobile deal. It was nicely seasoned on the outside, but the crust texture was just off. Too much meat (weird to say that, since I usually like meat) inside. Almost like eating a bowl of primarily sausage and ham. For the cost of typically $7 I can but a whole pizza at Papa John’s and Domino’s nowadays. I was looking at pizza prices for pizza hut and they’re way more expensive than other pizza chains. Don’t think I’ll come back for a while. Staff was very friendly and I liked how they had a screen with people’s names with their order status

Delivery was fast, probably because the food was sitting in a heater for hours beforehand. Both pizzas crust was very overcooked and hard to chew, same with the garlic breadsticks. Wanted to try these guys over dominos this time, and I regret it. The only bread that was soft was the cinnamon sticks, they were good.

We ordered several pizzas and cheesesticks. We didn’t receive the cheesesticks so I called and was given a $10 credit. After a short amount of time we discovered that one of the pizzas was made wrong. I called and was placed on a long hold. Eventually Stuart answered the line and became frustrated immediately. He kept saying how the phones were frustrating and he didn’t know the system. He said he gave an additional $20 credit for the incorrect pizza. When I questioned him about the previous $10 credit he said he would have no way of knowing if that was issued.
This was a very unprofessional experience. And where was the manager when I asked to speak him? Nobody could answer that.

Ordered delivery and the food looked like it was dropped a bunch and tampered with by the delivery driver. I didnt eat it. I just threw it away. Tried to get a refund to no avail. They keep telling me in 3 days they will get back to me. Strongly recommend eating anywhere else. I will never order from them again.

I’ve genuinely never had such a positive customer experience! Izzy and the person working the front of the counter were so friendly, and offered a complimentary soda for a small wait. Really appreciate the employees, and honestly might come back just for them! (Plus the good pizza, of course!)

Pizza had an ETA of 7:01pm at first, then was 7:27pm. Then I got a text saying a door dasher was picking it up. Pizza was probably done around 7:00pm when it was originally supposed to be here. It was cold, and hard. Also you would think they would have the sticker on the box to keep it closed like all other places do with delivery but they did not have one. I ate half a piece of pizza and threw it away.

Waited 15 minutes past my scheduled pickup time to get my pizza, and when I finally received it, it was noticeably overcooked. The crust was hard and dry, and several toppings looked burnt. Disappointing experience, especially considering the extra wait time.
