Super saddened by this location. Visited on 1/14/26, had the worst service/ pizza ever. Firstly that whole night crew is terrible, we drove up and the delivery driver literally peeled in, IMO very dangerous and reckless to do so in a parking lot. My sister tried to make a joke of it and he gave her some snide remark “yeah it’s a busy night” like irritated. That threw me off. Second, they have no hygienic value, the lady who took our order -Cheyanne my Receipt says, kept digging in her mouth all I could think was please God do not let her touch our pizzas! Anyways after being a bother to these lovely people (because you could clearly tell they were upset we didn’t have a pick up and they had to take an order) we waited in the car for the pizzas. The younger gangsta looking gentleman in the back making our pizzas playing on his phone, dropped them on the counter for my sister to grab. She asked for cheese and he did not say yeah we have it, or like a single word to her just grabbed it and dropped it on the counter the same way he did the pizza. I understand being frustrated at a busy night I work retail myself that’s why it’s especially disheartening to get that kind of treatment, but I never take things out on customers or people coming to purchase a service at the place of WORK. If you don’t like your job , just quit. Anywho a waste of $30 because these were the smallest $5 flats I’ve gotten at any other Pizza Hut, they also were hard as rock it almost seemed like they were old reheated up … like ? What is going on . The whole reason I wanted to take my sister there for dinner was because I been raving about the $5 flats I been getting for lunch and we didn’t even end up eating them. I did get a pizza also so it would’ve been great if we had that but I had to throw it back in the oven when we got home because I asked for well done and the pizza was still very undercooked I hate soft pizza there should be some back bone to the crust 🙁 . Been getting pizza at this location for a while now and they consistently provide speedy reliable service at an excellent price. One time my wife and I were having a rough evening, went to get some pizza, and while ordering got to talking to people there. I briefly expressed that it wasn’t so great of an evening and when I went back to get my pizza they threw in mini rolls on the house. That little kindness really helped turn our evening around. Thank you guys! We will most certainly continue to frequent your location.

Another PERFECT delivery tonight 8/6/2021!! I had to call the manager and COMPLIMENT them! The driver ensured social distancing (which is awesome because of the delta increase). He explained my order. I just have to say this restaurant, as far as pizza, pasta, wings is great. This is my go to place after long hours working at the hospital. Thank you!!
This RESTAURANT works to ensure your order is perfect. UNFORTUNATELY the Pizza Hut app isn’t so great. It is difficult to order “sides” like jalapeños, parmesan cheese, peppwroncini or other complements to the pizza or pasta. Pizza Hut should acknowledge this is additional revenue for the company. Make it easy for customers to enhance their pizza delivery experience!Delivery and pizza has improved from a while back. Maybe it’s because of covid? The pizza arrives hot and fresh. Very hot! They don’t get the crust flavors right, but the pizza is good. Toppings are off and not distributed evenly. Yet, I’ll order from them again. Thus my rating. I am disappointed they charge now for parm and peppers. As expensive as their pizza is and as frequent as I order, they should throw in some parm and peppers. Come on pizza hut. Papa John’s does does!

Driver could keep his hands out of his pants when standing at the door or at all times. When I opened the door he quickly pulled his hands out from the front of his pants. Was strange but the food was good and safe, I extra checked it before eating it or giving any to my son.
7/10. Well I tried again but this time it was cold and missing toppings, I called back at 7:16pm to inform them of the mistakes. Was told they would remake the order and have it delivered, It’s 8:42pm and still nothing.. I am done ordering from them. This one will be cold again.

I was actually standing behind Nick who posted a previous review. I had ordered a pizza for pickup they did not show me the pizza but also my fault for not checking my self it was cold and burnt with no cheese to speak of not to mention the flavor crust was on the middle of the pizza not on the crust and it looked like they did not have the warmer on. I return to end up waiting behind nick for 10 min wile the employe in the black shirt flirted with the new coworker and took there time picking out her order because “ she is picky” nick leaves after they can’t ring up his coupon. With no experienced staff on duty and no manager they could not do it. I informed them of my burnt cold pizza they could care less and laughed that I had actually brought back the pizza and was like I can make a new one or whatever so I asked for a refund. It took another 10 min to possess the refund because they had to call some one for instructions. Not once did they apologize I’m going to be ordering form a different location the staff has gone down hill over the last 3 years. People should just not work the job if they don’t like it!

Placed an order online and it was confirmed waited an hour and nothing had to call 3 times to get an answer when they did answer a rude employee responded with attitude saying nothing came through and that they’re closed and immediately hung up if you don’t want to make my food don’t waste my time and give me a delivery time

Will NEVER return to this store the worst customer service Ever! Asm Cindy and GM Travis seem to have no idea what they are doing. Never received my order and both said they couldn’t not refund my money had to go to store 2 days later to talk to GM Travis who also had no idea how to issue refund. Asked for corporate number that they refused to give me as well. Shady service.

We ordered the triple treat summer box, and got two pizzas with it. One of our pizzas I opened, and saw something move in the box. I freaked out and screamed, so my boyfriend smacked the box until the sucker was dead. We sure weren’t going to eat the pizza, that was 15mins late… so sorry pizza. Dead beetle looking bug that I’ve never seen before in my life. Terrifying looking thing that you don’t want to see anywhere, let alone in THE DA** PIZZA. Enjoy these scary pictures and feel free to educate me what the heck this is and why it was in our pizza? PIZZA HUT?!!
