The food tasted great but they messed up the order.
We wanted the sandwich without some ingredients and to substitute others but that was not done according to what we paid for and what the receipt showed.

They REALLY DO have freaky fast service! Wonderful staff who focus on each customer and make the experience a delight. Love the sayings on their signs throughout the store. Music is a touch loud to carry on a conversation with your dinner company. Sandwiches are huge and the bread is delicious. Their chips make a good accompaniment.

My experience at this location was uncomfortable. The cashier taking our order would not make eye contact with me, and instead spent about five minutes talking to my baby before even entering the order. She asked very personal questions (age, weight, birthday, etc.) which felt inappropriate in that setting.
Throughout our meal, she came over to our table multiple times just to talk to the baby, and when we were leaving, she even followed us out to the car to continue the conversation. While I always appreciate a friendly hello or a quick comment about a baby’s outfit, this was far beyond that and felt intrusive. It made the experience unpleasant rather than enjoyable

I was not asked if I wanted it, but my sandwich was toasted. I did not know it would be automatically toasted. I hate toasted sandwiches. There’s nothing worse than hard bread. I was over toasted. It was so hard. Then to top it off, my ultimate Italian sandwich had so much oil on it, not only was the entire sandwich coated in, but there was a puddle of oil inside the wrapper. And then it gets worse. It dripped so much that my $40 blouse has oil all over now. I’m grateful I came home and changed out of my $80 work shirt; otherwise I’d be out $80 instead of $40. That was bar none the most disgusting sandwich I have eaten. Rock hard on the outside, and soggy on the inside. The lettuce and tomato were so slimy. I don’t waste food, which is why I ate it anyway. I would have brought it back except that I live 30 minutes away from that location. I don’t know what kind of training they received at that store, but I’ve never had a bad experience at a jimmy johns before. My husband wanted hot peppers on his gargantuan and there were barely any at all. I’m just glad we didn’t pay extra for them. What that sandwich did have though, was probably a quarter cup of mayo. He said it wasn’t that appetizing, but like me, doesn’t like to waste food and ate it anyways. These sandwiches are too expensive to be as bad as they were.

Bro….. Abby had just finished processing my order, and I hadn’t even made it to the drinks when they gave me my sandwich…….what is that like 6 – 9 seconds?? Like do you have actual wizards working here? I was so taken aback I stood there stunned…..dang guys..
EDIT: BACK AGAIN SAME SHIZ! WHY….HOW YOU SO FAST!! I used to work in a fast food restaurant…no one is ever this fast. Props to the crew on the floor here. Greeted on the way in, everyone cares about doing their best. Everyone here is on a chic-fil-a level, and hopefully, this gets to the eyes of their manager so they can all get a bonus or something. You rarely see this devotion anymore. Quality crew!

I don’t understand why some people think the bread is so good, it’s just ordinary. Their sandwiches are okay, nothing special but the delivery is amazingly quick. Really the only reason I order from there on occasion.

Pretty skimpy with lunch meat. They didn’t even help to offer suggestions to increase size of sub or upgrade for different size meat options.

Fast food subs, better than subway for sure. I like their combinations and they typically have great quality. The service was great as well, very fast and organized. Seating is OK, feels a little cramped especially when it’s busy. And of course… “your mom wants you to rest at Jimmy John’s”
