This Pizza Hut in the Broomfield/Westminster area has been my regular pick for a reason—it’s consistent. The pizzas come out hot, cooked properly, and the toppings are decent and not skimped. Orders are usually ready right on time, which I appreciate. Nothing over the top, but it gets the job done every time without any issues.

For the 2nd time in a month, I received undercooked pizza. The first was a personal pan pizza and was delivered, so I didn’t make a fuss as it was only for me, and I just cooked it after it got here. The 2nd was a large pizza for my family. We had a school event, and this store is less than a mile from our home, so I decided to order a large pizza for pickup. I picked it up, got it home, and found that it was undercooked. The bottom of the pizza crust was literally raw dough with no color to it. The top of the pizza crust was “blonde” and not the brown toasty color you should see on the crust. I called, and they said they would make me another. I drove back over, and the 2nd “looked” a little better, but even my 5 year old and 10 year old who would eat pizza for every meal if they could said that it was horrible and more like a snack pack pizza. The dough was still undercooked, not as raw, but not cooked all the way. The mushrooms, pineapple, and peppers were barely warm and definitely not cooked to temp. By that time, we had to leave for the school, so the kids had to eat sandwiches on the go. I assume their oven is broken and not cooking at the correct temperature. This could cause someone to get sick, so be careful!!!

Beyond Sausage is so tasty! Love it more than than regular and finally a pizza my vegetarian wife and I can share and enjoy equally.PLEASE PLEASE don’t stop serving this option. This specific pizza hut has always had our orders right and been very consistent. Customer service is better than expected as are the pizzas. Keep up the great work and KEEP that amazing beyond sausage option avaliable!

For the day that it is and them to have no way to edit a pizza they still made sure my pizza was made the right way somebody coming to my party today is lactose and I decided to have pizza so I had to make sure that half the pizza had no cheese and I put no cheese on the whole pizza and asked if possible they could put half cheese And on Super Bowl Sunday when orders are bad we really appreciate it

Individual pizzas have gotten so small we have to order 2 per person. There was almost no sauce on any of the 4 we purchased. But the parts that had sauce were very delicious!

2nd time ordering this thru DD and again, No chicken in the pasta. And i never get my extra marinara sauces so with the pasta you get bread sticks and 1 sauce. I also ordered cheese sticks and that comes with 1 sauce. And there was 1 extra which is 3. I ordered 3 extra sauces. Not 3 sauces total. And im complaining cuz you charge $0.90 per extra sauce. I should have gotten 5 sauces total. Done with pizza delivery. Ill just go get it myself so I can make sure i get my sauces… Geesh yall.

Didn’t honor their in store policy if they don’t offer to show you the pizza it’s free I caught them not once but twice both times tried to look over it and didn’t honor their own policies never going back also the maranera sauce for the bread sticks is hardly enough for one stick of bread don’t recommend

We ordered 2 pizzas last night. They were exactly as ordered, got here quickly and they were hot. It was an excellent experience, especially after our experience with Dominos a couple of weeks before (our pizza there was estimated to take 23-30 minutes. It took over an hour to deliver a lukewarm pizza about 1/2 mile away. Pizza Hut had to go at least twice as far).

While visiting Colorado, we stayed at a hotel not too far from this Pizza Hut location. Now of course regarding taste, Pizza Hut is the same from the Deep South on up… however, the costumer service at this location was high quality 10/10. The staff members greeted me soon as I walked in the door and was ready to help me. I made a mistake when placing my order online and the staff accommodated me without additional hassles. Our food was fresh and hot!!
