Ordered the big New Yorker Feb 9, and got the most burnt pizza I’ve ever seen in my life. Drive 20 mins back to get it remade, ONLY FOR THEM TO BURN IT AGAIN LOL! Making pizza is not that hard. The thinner the bread, the less time it takes to cook! Please RETRAIN YOUR STAFF OML. I reached out online as well and never heard back. I already didn’t order from here, good to know not to come back to this location. Called to complain only for a crackly voice that I didn’t understand to get upset BECAUSE I was complaining and hung up on me. I’m not going into the store, fix your phone and your attitudes.

Placed a carry out order and arrived at the curbside spot, checked in on the app and waited. After no one came out I called the restaurant twice and was on hold forever. When someone finally answered they said they were “too busy” to bring out the order. I went over to the drive thru and was told my order was still not ready despite having waited well over 15 minutes of the estimated pick up time and to even have a call answered. When I finally received my items, they were cold, stale, and tasted like cardboard even after having to go home and put them back in the oven.
Save your time and money and look for another location.

I placed a carryout order at 6:11, but when I got home, I discovered that I had received someone else’s meal. I was instructed to bring back the incorrect order, and they would prepare mine anew. After some time, I returned, only to be told that they hadn’t even started making my order yet. I had assumed they would have begun it when I called earlier. Now, at 7:52, I’m still waiting for my food, and this entire situation has been incredibly frustrating, especially with my kids waiting and hungry back at home on a Friday night. Order delivery. Items came 30 minutes past the time indicated. Order Diet Pepsi 2 liter and received a Pepsi. Ordered a salad with ranch dressing and received NO salad, but got Italian dressing… pastas were cold, cheese bread was cold. Calling the store was useless as no one would answer the phone

Worst buffet ever! Never coming again. Came into the restaurant at 11 am and it took 18 minutes to put food on the buffet line. Not very many options and they didn’t let us request a pizza either. Do better Pizza Hut. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Another one to add to the no order list. Quoted 45 minute delivery…2 hours later still no order. They used DoorDash instead of in house drivers. And I tipped ahead of time. Went for a refund a was told I’d have to wait until tomorrow because there were too many orders on the screen. Was told an hour to get a refund. Is this acceptable. And refunded the wrong amount. Quality of pizza gone worst and worst. Just order the triple treat no worth it is barely any cheese on any of the pizzas. Order the cheese bread it was just bread and no cheese. They want to do orders so quick and have the oven high that is burning the cheese.

The pizza was gross. Didn’t rise and was raw in the middle. When taking it back they didnt offer an apology only said that other customers dont complain. Honestly get your food elsewhere. It was really awful.

I drove up to the window, two ladies saw me there waiting and neither proceeded to go to the window and help. I reversed twice and they stood there. Wasn’t cool.
Next I asked if the vehicle detector worked, one lady said, “no because it didn’t ring when you went up.”
Then it gets better these two give me pizza with hair in it…. I really wanted Pizza Hut!

Before anyone tries to say anything, I used a knitting tool to pulled at the hair to show it was baked in.
I ate half way through it….

This place has really stepped up their game. From ordering a couple months ago to my most recent order this place is really good. Pizza can be pricey at times but quality and taste is at 100% recently. Ordered 2 thin crust and a stuffed crust.
