I ordered pizza for delivery, I placed around 6:47 pm and didn’t get it so I called at 7:43 and was placed on hold for 7 minutes! I hung up to speak to another pizza and finally got my order at 7:53 pm! A whole hour later after I had ordered! Then we check the pizza and I had ordered a medium pan pizza and a regular pizza and just got 2 burn regular pizzas! Never had this issue, I called them only for them wanting remake my order in 15 minutes but I wanted my refund cuz their boss “the one who does refund isn’t their” and to call the next day. So I’m going to stop by to show him the bad experience I had and return him these pizzas! I literally had to waste more money from somewhere else because my family was hung and I feel sick.

I ordered a pizza from this Pizza Hut and had a really disappointing experience. My pizza came out dry and definitely didn’t have the extra cheese I paid for. I called the store and spoke with an employee named Skylar to get it resolved. Instead of listening to the full issue, he focused only on the cheese part and kept telling me my order “didn’t show extra cheese,” even though that wasn’t the only problem. He became rude and frustrated with me instead of trying to help.
Rather than offering any real customer service, he just pushed the issue back onto Uber and didn’t take responsibility for the quality of the food that came from their kitchen. Very unprofessional and not the kind of service I expect from Pizza Hut. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

We haven’t gone to this location (closest to me) since December because they had “issues with ordering through the app” causing them to have us wait an hour to still no pizza to just getting refunded. That happened twice, once for pick up once for delivery. Today I made an order over the phone for pickup. I only ordered a personal pan pizza for my toddler. The first red flag was when they gave me the pizza it was in a little rectangle box… then when we got home I looked closer and it wasn’t pan crust but more like regular crust and the pizza was pretty square…came to the realization these forkers made a little pizza from breadsticks crust. I called and spoke to the manager but he said his location, the dyer location and the outlet location make their personal pan pizzas on breadstick crust.. wouldn’t give me a refund 🙁 boohoo for me.

ALWAYS has a long waiting time.
I understand the large amount of orders received daily but as a DoorDash driver this is very inconvenient all around for the driver and the customer. The customer is expecting fresh and hot food and delivered in a timely manner.
As I sat waiting for my order today I realized they have one guy doing many tasks including drive through, dine in and pick up orders.
I’m no manager but maybe hire an extra person to help in lobby. I’m just very shocked at the waiting times at this establishment, very unprofessional and very inconvenient.

Don’t waste your money on this cold garbage they call pizza…
Waited for an hour and 1/2 to get delivered by doordash a greasy wet box of cold trash they call pizza
Try domino’s pizza they are in the area and have great deals and delivery within the hour, or try pizza pros they have great deals and will deliver it in a reasonable time also…
So now that you know my part is done
Nobody reads these anyway and pizza hut doesn’t care that this store is constantly discrediting the overpriced brand

This was my go to since I been stationed out here food was always amazing and great service but I think they changed management and the people that worked there are gone cause now the food is garbage quality, my pizza had barely any sauce and cheese like they ran out of ingredients. I was sitting at the drive thru window for 10 mins before somebody finally acknowledged I was waiting there so I can collect my order that I placed online. Won’t be back again to this location

Ordered delivery, simple enough to order online. Somehow when the food got delivered it was someone’s else’s food. We ordered pizzas, wings and pasta. We got the pies but the wings were wrong and no pasta. Tried calling the store, but off course that was pointless since they never picked up. Hopefully this is not the usual way the new pizza hut does business. Oh as far as taste, none of the kids liked the pizza and the wrong wings were spicy hot they couldn’t eat them. Thanks Ayvaz for the awesome New Year’s Eve.

I ordered a pizza with half sausage and half sausage with olives yesterday. When I opened the box it looked as though slices were just thrown together to make a full pizza. When I called and spoke to the manager he said he cooked it himself and was very quick to dismiss me. How would anyone feel comfortable eating this not knowing where the slices actually came from. Horrible experience!!!

The stuffed crust pizza had a 2 inches crust and the rest of the pizza was small…more crust isn’t good! The other thing was when I asked for crushed pepper and parmesan cheese the cashier guy told me they were
