Oh boy. The pizza we ordered was awesome (5/5). The cinnamon buns were awesome (5/5). The sides were awesome (5/5). The service itself was good also.
But the restaurant’s condition is unacceptable. Chairs were turned upside down and placed on the tables, giving the impression that the restaurant was closed when we arrived.
Everything inside—the chairs and tables—was dusty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months, maybe even years.
The men’s restroom was out of order, and the women’s restroom was disgusting. What I assume is the salad bar in the middle of the restaurant was also dirty and dusty, although luckily no food was touching that area for years.
The food itself is good, but the moment I stepped inside, I wanted to turn around and leave. This is not a suitable environment to welcome guests. I didn’t even want to sit on the chairs we had to take down from the stacked tables because both the chairs and the table were so dirty.
Management really needs to address this, because the interior completely kills your appetite despite the quality of the food.
I’m happy the food was good, but very disappointed with the overall state of the restaurant.

We wanted wings with our pizza but was told thyr fryers we’re not working. They didn’t have fountain drinks. They didn’t have chips for sandwiches. The tables,some were dusty no napkins on the tables. There were workers just sitting there from the time we walked in till we left they were just sitting there. Only the lady that took our order was the one working and trying to do her best since the fryers we’re not working. A lady walked in to get her call in order and the cook started her order when she got there then when she called it in. Why so many workers if the fryers we’re dwn and thy are just sitting there. Ordered thin hamburger meat with jalapenos and the cook forgot to put the jalapenos on it. So we had to get them on the side other than that the pizza n chz sticks were good. Just hope next time we can get wings

Picked up two orders on 11/10/2025 around 9pm and it was the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. The two guys working there made me feel like I was bothering them just trying to pick up my food. They were rude and obviously did not want to be at work. They had forgot to give me my wings and sauces. When I said something, I got the nastiest look and treated like I was just being difficult. I even told the guy I would pay for the sauces again but he rolled his eyes and said he would pay for it. Honestly the whole experience was just bad and I don’t think I’ll be eating Pizza Hut from this location anymore.

This has to be the worst place ever to order food from. I ordered 7 super supreme pizzas to be picked up at 11:30am. When I got there they haven’t even started making them yet. After they threw together the pizzas and delivered them to my customers I found out the super supreme pizzas were pepperoni only with very little of anything else. They wanted me to drive a hour back with them to make them right. My party was hungry being the order was already an hour late for lunch. The store said they would make it right and issue credit on my app but ended up putting the money on my company credit card without asking me. This is the second store in a row I ordered from that have had issues with. Sounds like Pizza Hut is following apart and going out of business. Good luck Pizza Hut.

No breadsticks available. Ordered large pan specialty pizza – pepperoni lovers. The cheese didn’t even cover the pizza. Nothing but pizza sauce. Some slices didn’t even have 1 pepperoni on it. Extremely disappointing. Wish we looked before we left the restaurant. I would have left it there.

This place is barely holding on together. The kitchen area is a mess, old and a bunch of smoke stains in the ceiling. Don’t even try to go to the restroom, you’ll leave the place in a flash. It’s crazy how franchise owners are allowed to keep these places open without keeping up with the place. The personnel working there also seem miserable to work there. They have no customer service skills. As others have suggested here, order to go or have doordash take it to you because you’ll be waiting a long time to be served if you decide to dine in there.

Order from Pizza Hut in June and was told “the ovens were down” at that not by the store itself but the DoorDash driver. We called repeatedly and got hung up on so we attempted to call corporate and we’re told repeatedly it was up to higher management in corporate. Well it’s been 4 months and we never received a refund or anything. Now we attempt to get an order and we received a pizza with no cheese? I’ve never heard of a pizza with no cheese it’s comical. Pizza Hut in pecos needs better management and crew the store looks unsanitary and the employees and management don’t care about sanitation or how the order is prepared.

I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. There has been multiple times that I have picked up orders for family or for doordash and have seen the employees making pizza without gloves on. It is also very dirty. I do not recommend.
