Was in the drive through yesterday around 1130am. Watched the kid bagging our order use the front of his shirt to wipe his nose and without washing his hands continue to bag our order. It immediately went in the trash.. tried to email the company but because the receipt went into the trash to they will not take the complaint. Just want to warn people

Stopped at the drive thru and ordered. Did not say to make combo a medium but was charged medium prices. When I talked to the night manager they just made excuses for the employee and took no accountability. Also don’t answer your phone how can I help you and sound like you hate your job. Hortible customer service. 10 out of 10 would never recommend this location to anyone ever.

Walked in no customers in drive thru nor in resturaunt. Heard employees just talking and talking. I know one of them saw me but ignored me. Unprofessional. Still kept talking. 10/27/25 @ 0715.

2 minutes from home. Laid back Sunday after work. Watched baseball set up just for me and a bit of Football. Staff is super friendly. Great service.

Well, really had a craving for the whopper Jr meal. 2 for $5.00
Sadly disappointed, the burgers were cold, still pink inside, and not very good on 10-24-23 approximately 11am.
Service was great and employees very friendly and hardworking.
Fries were fresh, and hot tho.
Outside used to be beautiful, and looks sadly neglected.

In my opinion, the decor in the building was new and nice. The customer service was okay. It was not the best customer service but nor was it the worst. The food was the worst part of my experience. Their nuggets were cold and undercooked. Their tacos didn’t taste fresh. They also didn’t give up our sauce. So I recommend a different Burger King or Del taco. Hopefully they fix their food issue and there lack of cleaning the lobby. ?
