I ordered my pizza online at home. I drove to the location 15 minutes after placing the order. I pulled up to the drive-thru and waited 5 minutes until I had to yell through the window for someone to come serve me. I waited another 15 minutes to have my pizza handed to me. This is outrageous and inexcusable. Customer carryout pizzas should be first to be made and there is no reason why a customer should have to yell to get service. I’m almost done with this place. By the way there is too much crust on this pizza and not enough toppings.

TRASH Service! Order was wrong came back said 16 minutes 45 minutes later side eye and bad attitude and still made me pay for their mess up. We need to start paying a little bit more Pizza Hut so we can get better people in there clearly the two ladies that were working or not happy with their job. I can imagine how they treat people when they have a bad attitude because I was very polite.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. My pizza was half burnt so I tried calling about a refund and the employees were so rude and kept hanging up on me. In person they’re not much better, very passive aggressive but I did finally get a refund. They just need to fire everyone and start fresh or close this place down. But I’m sure if either happens I’ll still see the same people working down the road at little cesars when it opens.

I ordered two pizzas last night and it was like if it was on purpose it was like four or five hairs inside the pizza and they also got the toppings wrong. This happened to me twice already with this company, but I didn’t wanna say nothing you know maybe you did eat a mistake but I do not recommend this pizza branch.

I had to wait forever at the drive thru to wait for someone to attend to me . I had my 2 kids with me and it was dark outside so I was not comfortable getting off . They missed up order as you can tell from my the pictures . I didn’t get any pineapple or bell peppers on my pizza like I had ordered it. The breadsticks were wrong too ! I paid extra to get cheesy bread and they gave me regular bread sticks. I was almost going to let it go but even these breadsticks tasted horrible and old . I’ve bad had a bad experience in the past with delivery so I did pick up today and I still just don’t recommend this Pizza Hut location! They seriously need more workers and need to pay attention to customers orders.
