Tavern pizza was thin and hard, not crispy. There was barely any marinara sauce on the thin cardboard crust (see pic). Food arrived warm and almost cold. Delivery driver kept calling while I was in the bathroom. Leave pizza at door! Nasty food and lackluster delivery service as a first time customer of this location. Won’t be a return customer!

The pizza was hot and fresh. The wings were super crispy and hot. Hector never fails to take our order without a smile. He’s always on top of making sure everything is correct and served as soon as it’s ready. He’s great! Definitely will continue to come to this location!

Went to dine in and ordered a big dinner box , got the wings fast but the 2 pizzas took almost 40 minutes to come out. When the cashier went to my table to drop off the freshly made hot pizzas, he put the food right in front of my baby and almost put the hot plate on my 11 month olds hand having the whole rest of table free beside me. I saw multiple people go in after me and get their food and leave before I got my plate. Food was good but it took way longer than it should’ve for being dine in.

Today, June 6th 2025; I brought my wife and kids to eat at the pizza hut at 98th and Slide Rd. I was slightly concerned due to the mixed reviews… But I always give an opportunity and decide for myself. As i entered, I was greeted by a young man named Warren.. He took my order and was very patient with me as we weren’t sure what we wanted. He gave great suggestions and was very nice. We ordered, 15 minutes later, our food was brought out by a young lady named Ganilla. She was smiling, greeted us and talked with us a little bit. Very nice young lady! The food was hot, fresh and my experience here was the best I’ve ever received at any pizza hut.. I didn’t get a great picture before we tore into the food but I managed to get some after the damage was done lol. Overall, this was a great experience. Warren and Ganilla are assets to this establishment and I hope management recognizes that they have amazing employees/team members… I will recommend this location without a doubt! I ordered with very specific orders and they did amazing. I can’t eat the sauce so they did a great job at making the order as I asked… Thank you Warren and Ganilla for making our Friday lunch amazing!

We ordered two pepperoni pizzas. One was thin crust and one was hand tossed. The hand tossed one also had black olives. We also got breadsticks. All of it was warm, fresh, and yummy. Our driver really made it great too. Brandon forgot my drink, but he turned around and went back to get it. After he did, he said thanks for tipping, and he wanted to make it right. Many other people would just say sorry and go about their day. He also wished us a happy Thanksgiving. So I called up there to tell them how good of a job he did and how kind he was. We really appreciate his character! Thanks Brandon!

We always come to this location because the service and food are top notch! We prefer to eat in the dining room….there’s just something exceptional about a great prepared pizza right out of the oven. You won’t be disappointed. It’s a great place for Happy Hour after work too!!

We threw a birthday party here on a Monday night and Hector, the manager was great! He reserved a large table for our party with signs on the table and put our birthday cake in the fridge ahead of time for us. We bought 2 liters of soda at this location and It was nice and cold and they gave cups and extra plates for the birthday cake. They were so helpful and kind and it was great for our large party. He offered to clean it all up for us and we were cleaning too. My daughter had a fun birthday here! Thank you so much.
