Delivery girl was great. Have not been to the actual building since the remodel. The pizza’s are extremely greasy. Get better quality of meats and cheese to reduce the grease.

On November 16th I placed on order for delivery, after it had been 2 hours I went up myself to get it because they wouldn’t answer the phones. I got there and they said they weren’t answering phones because they were too busy, they were rude, my order was ready I paid for it and left, when I got home I realized it was wrong. The next day I called and after speaking with the manager I got, who was sarcastic and rude, I got a store credit. I tried to use the store credit last night when I went to pick up my pizza and they said I didn’t have one because they never put it under my number I should’ve gotten one.

Wife went up to the store just to pick up an order that I’ve already ordered online and did wait the recommended time of 15 minutes for our order to be cooked and it wasn’t a very big order at all. My wife got into the door and wasn’t greeted instead a woman working the front counter scolded at my wife “what did you get” when my wife told her she was there to pick up an order. I used to work fast food and I promise you that it was on their computers under the name of what we got. My wife then tells her what we got and she still forgot stuff as in our fries and gave my wife a 20oz soda instead of the 2 l soda that I paid for and continued to scuff at my wife when she answered the question of what we had on our order. I then called up there to speak to what I thought was going to be a professional manager who offered to give me credit for the missing food which I said thank you for but the bigger problem was that lady up at the front who is supposed to make people feel good about walking into the establishment she decided to work at. He then told me that he said he would take care of it three times and that he can handle the stuff at the store. I’m sorry to say that if you have staff that unhappy to be at work your not handling things very well at all.

My husband and I stopped in around 2:30 pm on a Monday afternoon hoping to catch a very late lunch as we had been on the road for 3 + hours from CO.
Y’all, I am originally from TX and know many people from the Dumas area but this place was an absolute SHAME!
We make this trip 1-2 times a week on our way to Canyon TX. We’ve always been through at an off-ish hour so we thought the lack of a crowd was due to the time we made it through town.
I now assume that it’s actually because of how terribly the establishment is ran and how horribly unclean the dining area is as well as the bathroom.
As soon as we walked in, we were met with a man that was speaking plain English but we literally could not understand him due to his communication skills.
He asked “if he could help us”, we said yes, there will be two of us.
(long awkward pause) He said “do you know what you want” (while sliding us a menu over the counter) I replied with- “we were hoping to sit down and have a look at the menu.”
(another painful long pause)
The man acted like that was going to be a huge problem. He finally told us to “sit wherever”.
We went into the dining area and approached 2-3 different tables before choosing the least dirty option.
I sat my stuff down and headed to the bathroom, asking my husband to “order me a tea if anyone comes to back before I do”.
I went to the absolutely filthy women’s restroom and returned to the table as my husband told me that the waiter/host came back to take the drink order and he ordered a tea for me.
It was then that he returned to say “our tea machine is broken”.
We both just looked at each other and decided to go elsewhere.
I can’t even begin to describe how awkward the whole encounter was. Like, literally felt like we were not supposed to be coming in at all.
At one point when we first walked in (during the mumbled speech from the man up front) I asked “are you open at this time” which was ignored.
I think I’m still in shock from this bizarre Pizza Hut encounter.
Hope they can get it together before they end up with closed doors at this location because there is no way we were the only ones with this bad of an experience.

We came in about 35 mins before closing time, but still got a piping hot Pepperoni with extra cheese on thin crust. Staff was friendly and we didn’t wait long. Thank you again. A++++ and 5 stars! It was delicious!

I ordered the hut box, a personal pan pizza, 4 wings and a drink. I also ordered cinnamon sticks on top of that. The order total was a little o we $22!!! I waited an hour and 15 minutes for my order!!! And it was cold!!! They didn’t even have my cinnamon sticks, but I sure paid for them!! It is now 10:10pm and I still have yet to see my cinnamon sticks!! I’m sure headquarters will love to hear about this!! I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN!!

I got some wings to split from there. They told me the boneless were cheaper, and I was like “well I don’t want processed wings” so the real wings. Were $12. For 6 wings. $2 a piece wings.
That’s crazy right? And then they spun the thing around to ask for a tip after they had me waiting on 12 wings for 35 minutes sitting there all alone with literally no other customers coming in and 6-8 employees working. Maybe wings take that long. I don’t know. But…. Yeah

We decided to try the lunch buffet when it came back after a two year abscence but we shouldn’t have bothered. There were never more than 4 pizzas out at any one time, and usually less. The drink now is a bottle and a glass of ice plopped on the table. Considering the buffet is $12 per person (and the drink is now extra) I believe we will just stick with carry out from now on.
