I ordered over the phone for a large school group. Steven took my order and was very polite and professional in the phone. He was very helpful and made sure the order was correct and I got my receipt. Our pizza was delivered on time and tasted great! We had a really good experience ordering here!

Bad experience, turned great!
I ordered online and just hit meat lovers quantity 3, order, then checked out. Somehow it got entered as 3 meat lovers – remove EVERYTHING BUT CHEESE!!! Picked it up and got home without checking. Opened up the box to really the worst thing you could find. I called in and spoke to someone, I’m assuming Zephra since the new receipt said, and she made all the bad good again. Didn’t even have to leave my house which I would have dreaded.
Thank you Zephra cuz the Pizza Hut website failed me but you made it better.

After watching the new Ninja Turtles movie, we decided pizza was the most fitting dinner, and Pizza Hut was the perfect place to go! We got The Big New Yorker, and it was fantastic, especially with our choice of extra toppings. We don’t often enjoy our pizza crust, but Pizza Hut never fails to have top-notch crust. The employees at this location were super kind and attentive, as well, with multiple employees checking in with us and answering any questions we had.

The food is usually not ever cooked all the way it tastes, and I’ve had multiple times where they didn’t put one of the most important items (marinara sauce) on the calzone melt things they have (,which are so good by the way if cooked all the way). Honestly I hate to blast this place because it’s so close to my place and I go here a lot or I order at least from here. Just wish they would care more about the quality because other places, specifically Pizza Hut around town is BOMB so there’s no reason other than lack of caring that the food is usually not good. I hate to be this guy but I’ve spent a lot of money here for that every time. It’s unnecessary but a fact.

This Pizza Hut isn’t very efficient. I ordered my food and the application advised that it would be here at 7:28. I call the store at 7:54 to ensure that it will be here and that the driver did not get lost. They answer the phone, I inquire about my order and a lady in the background stated ‘Tell her it will be there soon’. This initial conversation with Pizza Hut and the employees made it seem like I inconvenienced them to ask where the driver was. They did not apologize for the food being late, just advised that it would be here soon.
The driver gets here a few minutes after I got off of the phone. I started to eat and noticed that ALL of the food was soggy and cold. None of it was remotely warm, I mean, I wouldn’t expect it to being 30 minutes late. Then, we were missing food. We did not get our cinnabons, although we did get the extra icing we ordered for them. I called and a woman advised that it was not on the ticket and asked if the driver gave me our ticket. He did not provide the ticket but I reviewed on my phone with her and noticed that the cinnabons were not visible. She proceeded to tell me there was nothing that she could do because it was not ordered. I remember placing the order on the application but not sure why they did not appear. Then, she advised that it was an application error and I have to call technical support for that. We also addressed the cold and soggy food. She advised that she would give me a $15 credit to my account and that it would appear once I order something from the application and place items in my cart. I did this a few hours later to check and see if there was credit and there is no credit to my account. She now apologized for the food being late. Bottom line, none of our food is edible because the boxes were soaked with condensation from being in the drivers car for so long. The boxes are even cratered in due to the amount of moisture on the outside of the boxes. The cheese sticks are complete MUSH on the bottom of them. I’d rather have my money back then a $15 credit to order from them again.

I Odered pizza through the app on 4/20 . Woke up today on 4/21 an whomever was working the cash register decided to tip themselves. I tried to reach out the the store manager this morning for an explanation an he was VERY rude and nasty an insisting that my bank would add the extra charge. I asked to speak with someone that could help resolve this he declined.I Oder pizza 2-3 times a week because my son is autistic and loves cheese pizza I’ve NEVER EVER had this happen. I’m left to believe everybody there is STEALING and management is backing them up . NOW that I’m reading through reviews I see that this is a frequent occurrence for them so obviously action isn’t being took properly. I will NEVER Oder from Pizza Hut again ! Definitely would love my money back .I will N O T do business with a corporation that’s okay with employees stealing !

Myself, my husband, our 10 year old, and my mom were in Austin for the night so we decided to go for Pizza Hut since there was a good deal going on. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza, 16 boneless wings, an order of cheese breadsticks, and the cinnamon rolls for carry out. This was at 8:45pm on a Saturday night. The tracker said our order would be ready by 9pm.
This Pizza Hut location is a bit small and can get cramped, but everyone working that night was friendly. Our order was ready by 9pm. Everything was a good temperature and tasty. They even remembered to include the dips we had ordered.
I would definitely recommend this Pizza Hut. It sure is better than some of the other locations we have been to.

I order the Big New Yorker. I dont know what this is. But it is not the New Yorker and it is not big.
Edit: I ate it, and it was “big”. But it was chewy. It has been a long time since I ate a pizza this awful.
