Pizzas were good but not great. One of my pizzas had the wrong toppings, the other was fine. One thing that bothers me is leaving a tip for team members. There’s no reason I should feel obligated to leave a tip. The latest trend for businesses is to underpay the employees, and during the hiring process, tell the potential employees we’re going to pay you less money, but you can share the tips. (I know this for a fact because my son applied for a job at Puzza Hut and this is what businesses are doing, not just Pizza Hut.) With all due respect, I’m already paying $40 for pizzas, I don’t need to feel any pressure to tip your team members. I ordered the pizzas online, I picked up the pizzas myself. I’m not sure why I’m tipping. There’s no need to tip. You need to pay them proper wages and set pricing accordingly.

We just moved to the area a few months ago and every time we order from here it is so good. The people are always friendly; it is always on time for pickup and I never have an issue with the app. We just picked up an order tonight and everything was so well done that we had to call to leave a compliment which is something we never do.

y_rios (listed on my receipt) was the man that helped me today! He was amazing and very kind! I came in to tell him 10 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready that I was there. I drove to the gas station to get my kids some drinks and then when I drove back, he saw that I pulled up and instead of me having to take my kids out of the car He brought the pizzas to my car! He deserves a raise!! This was by far the best customer service I’ve ever had from any Pizza Hut. I would also like to add the pizza was very fresh and it was delicious! We will definitely be returning!

I ordered a pizza for delivery and my order wasn’t complete. Missing items when I tried to call the store the number listed goes to an online service that can’t do anything for you. I was told they would send a letter but mail to the store. I went to store and told them I was missing items they told me everything was delivered. I recorded it and I know what I ordered when I showed them the receipt I was told by the guy at the counter that manager wasn’t there so I had to come back in the morning. Worst customer service I’ve experienced from a big food chain. No kind of help and no reassurance of this being solved. But they charged my card and I will be filing a complaint to the BBB about my situation.

Third time they’ve messed up my order I tried making it super simple this time! Pasta looks old and one of the pizzas in the big dinner box was supposed to be pepperoni and pineapple ( there was no pineapple added) The second time I made it a deal and had them correct it. I’ll do them the favor and just stop ordering from them since it’s so hard!

A couple days ago they missed putting one of the toppings on my pizza. When I chatted at the app, they offered a free large pizza. The coupon didn’t work. I proved it didn’t work several times. They told me I signed a contract to close the ticket And they wouldn’t help me. Pizza Hut directed me to the location to solve my issue. I finally contacted the Pizza Hut two days later. Now they wanted to give me $10 off. After tipping the driver seven bucks I spent $22 and received a pizza with spit on it. I’m not going to eat the pizza and I’m looking into having the spit analyze. This kind of thing is a felony offense. If you zoom on the pizza and want to find the split and the only thing connecting two cut slices.
