I called sunday march 8th at 11:35 am, I wanted to ask about specials and confirm the location, but instead it sent me to a third-party call center. It felt really impersonal and felt I was talking to someome reading off a script, They transferred me to the actual location and nobody even answered. Pretty frustrating when all I wanted was to talk to someone at the store, no wonder this location has a 3.8 rating. Not gonna order form here ever again, they don’t want to deal with customer interaction.

We came in, party of 9. We had to use the bathroom and the men’s bathroom has been locked our whole visit with the light on.. is someone laid out in there? We’ll never know. The waitress came and took our order, and brought back some cold plates with water still running on it and some food stains. The waitress came back again with our food decently fast for 3 pizzas and 2 wings

Today’s visit was absolutely pleasant. My friend, Mrs Monica. Man, she’s got the place down to the T. She applifies professional skills, is down to earth and multi-tasking skills are lit. She seems to be the only staff member at the front end of the place. Her co worker Mr Molesto he be the maker and lordt if I don’t say he adding the Love today on all gis delicious meal while mrs Monica is making sure all her guests have their orders, drinks and utensils available. Pizza is well made, enough cheese and saucey to make your mouth water, bread sticks well precut to break off easily and spread with just the correct amount of seasoning that pack them with flavor. Drinks nice and cool refreshing. Place is clean and spacious, well lit. Plenty of room and nice. Enough paper towels. Just this one table of folks behind us, they too loud LOL! Making today a little irritating a bit . Other than that place is great!

Made an online order @6:36pm, said it would be ready in 25 minutes . Arrived at 7pm stood in the lobby, waited and waited and waited for my order only to be told they had called my husband because they had run out of hand tossed crust. I was told another 20 minutes. I was a little surprised that the computer would allow us to order something that wasn’t in stock. At 7:26 pm finally got my order with the original cheese sticks they had prepared a hour before, yuk! The least they could’ve done is made those fresh for us.

This location Pizza Hut at 8:30pm is the best time to come for the best Pizza Hut experience!! When we walked in and were seated, we were immediately greeted by our friendly and attentive hostess’s Malena C. We got our large pizza, two order of wings, pasta, and breadsticks within 10 minutes. Alex and Tony the chefs delivered quick, delicious, and fresh quality food, awesome job !!! Malena made sure we were taken care of and that our glasses were always filled!!! Overall this was the best Pizza Hut experience thanks to these three individuals!!! 5 ⭐️’s we will be returning during this time when we know the best staff will provide the best services!!

Ridiculously cold the ac was set to 44F and the restaurant was 68F . When we asked if they could turn down the temperature they said no we can’t. It was so uncomfortably cold . Service is also really slow. Have been coming to this location for over 11 years but it’s honestly just gotten disappointing over the years. Service sucks and is slow. Food is good but the service makes me not want to return

Dimension on the fact when I went in and I was the first in line I asked for menu about to order and then the person that was about to place my order answer the phone call and completely ignores me instead of telling the caller so hold on for a second song what I did was just leave do another location what’s better service….
