Unhappy Unhappy people, work at the Ayers pizza hut,
I walked in and nobody at the counter, we didn’t have electricity on our block so I told my 4 grandkids to get ready because they saw the ad about the triple 3.
I walked in the manager finally walked to the counter didn’t greet just stood there i said I would like the triple 3 please and she replied you need to order online and walked off i said can’t you ring it up and she said no and that’s company policy,
So I told the 4 hungry grandkids let’s go sit down and I’ll put the order in on line and I did. So I went back to the counter and ordered 5 drinks she was still angry and in a low voice told me how much so I said how much then I asked her for her name was and she refused to give it to me, she then said I was the one with the attitude I said I may of had an attitude at first but I changed my attitude now and you haven’t changed your’s my 8 year old said outloud why is the lady mad I said I think she’s mad because she gotta work, the other grandkid 6 years old asked if I was going to give a bad review i look at the 6 yr old a said wow he knows what reviews are. Well the email said the pizza was ready, I went to the counter and asked nicely if the pizza ready and she said we don’t have any online orders. I looked at the email and come to realize I placed the order at the leopard pizza hut and she just looked at me and said this isn’t leopard it’s Ayers but she the as manager should of reached out and asked me sir did you place the order but no she let us sit there for 15 minutes with hungry kids I’m sure it’s happened to others that you placed your order at the wrong location and you have kids with you it happens, but the manager isn’t very friendly she’s angry at the world. How can pizza hut let this happen she’s arguing with a customer and how did she become a pizza hut manager, shame on you pizza hut. Who’s in charge of this pizza hut. We’ll i gather the hunger grandkids and off we we went to the pizza hut on leopard and the employee there are very nice. 12-14-2025 Sunday

workers are SO RUDE especially this lady one customer had simply asked a question on why no one hasn’t received service 13 people in line and she responded “i know you see all i have to do you can leave if you don’t want to wait” she yelled at him she needs to look for another job if she don’t know customer service

Smiling Sara….. I ordered my pizza and went to pick it up. Answering the window was an amazing girl named Sara, courteous smiling I told her my info and she promptly gave me a total, my order and returned my card. This pizza was so hot, truly awesome, I stopped and ate a slice. Delicious Wanted to commend Sara for her, OVER THE TOP Customer Service. I will definitely be ordering and returning to visit Sara, weekly !!! Great Job Sara

These evening workers(a heavy set man that refuses to attend to customers and a lazy female in evening) made me a disabled individual that has a hard time walking to have to get up and order my food instead of attending to me. It was very slow and barely anyone was coming in. They both even had more than enough time to sit and attend to their phones while either sitting under counter or leaning up against table that housed the pizza toppings. Both were lazy and refused to attend to me a disabled person. Instead yelled at my from across the counter and across the dining room that if I wanted to eat that u had to get up and order at counter. Cuz no one was going to get up and attend to me at table.
