We went to the lounge late on a weekday 1 hour to closing yet the customer service was amazing! The kitchen wasn’t open and the bartender was no longer in but we were still offered easy to make drinks; all six drinks (3cranberry and casamigos, 3pineapple and Casamigos) were strong. The decor was super cute plenty of space to take pictures, the bathroom was clean, the VIP area was cozy, the smart tv had access to YouTube and nextflix; we were allowed the opportunity to choose our own entertainment. There were many hookah flavors, the flavor “69” tasted like baby powder and it was really strong. A little pricey 6 drinks and the hookah ($40) came up to 140 but that’s an average price range for a lounge. I would come back at a busier time to see the differences if any.

This place is super strange. It is always full of men who sound like they’re arguing about Indian politics, and when they’re not doing that they are looking like creeps. The little guy who makes the hookah is nice but he is always looking lost. They are charging city prices in long island, thats why its empty. Please make the drinks more reasonably priced and have a better crowd that doesn’t cause problems.

It gets a 3 star because there isn’t any real customer service and the place really looks run down but I’m not going to say I didn’t have a good time. On the walk in, there is no greeting and we sat ourselves down. It look like the inside of someone’s house honestly. There is a cover charge for 10 dollars at the door and the hookah is overpriced. Music is great and the vibes are great with a group of friends on a Saturday night. It’s really what you make of it being that it’s really the only hookah lounge in this area. Again It’s not like I didn’t have a good time, it’s more like it could have been a better experience.

Second time I came here. But this time I had to leave literally 5 mins after smoking due to an emergency. Exceptional service and amazing hookah as always. Orange mint flavor was top notch!

The place is hit or miss depending on who’s there. Last visit the customer service was really bad. Hookah wasn’t done right and kept leaking into the hose. The furniture layout needs to change and become more friendly and perhaps not use flammable fabric when there is burning charcoal around all the time. Floor very sticky and needs a good wash.

While my friends and I have switched from Mystique in Farmingdale to here, I must say it’s only worth three stars. The hookah can be incredibly weak. It is very pricey. The customer service isn’t too great. I’m not saying this place is awful and I’d stop going, but going weekly like my friends and I used to has become too much of a monetary hassle. There was also a case where the place did not open till approximately 8pm, despite it saying 6pm as their opening hour. That left a sour taste in my mouth. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t leery each time my friends and I go there that they won’t be open, or open much later than their posted schedule.

Well the place looks nice and the vibe is cool, but I’ve been here a few times got the same flavor and hookah price was like $38 to $50, came back last night got the same flavor and hookah ended up paying like $330 for 3 hookahs and fruit head change. I understand pricing go up up but at least have the courtesy of letting people know instead of trying to make a quick flip. $120 for exotic hookah that doesn’t last long, we were better off going to fitoor in queens. $150 3 exotic hookahs that last for 2 or more never coming here again.
