Guys!! The people who work here are 10/10. They were so sweet. I go to order myself a medium pizza lover with the price coming up at 17 and some change, to which on their own they try and look for deals for me, during this time they are being so nice and sweet. In the end I paid 10 dollars for a large, and giving me extra pepperoni for no charge. Give these men a rasie!!!! I wish I knew their names but unfortunately I forgot to ask .

This was the worst experience I’ve experienced with pizza hut across three different states. The timelines was not or never an issue. The pizza wasn’t delivered by pizza hut it was door dash. The delivery guy was extremely musty to where I didn’t smell my food. He proceeded to bring the pizza not holding it upright so the pizza is flat but had it side ways in a bag. Out of the three visits from this location out of 2 carryout and this delivery this location needs to be closed for good. The is not the first experience I’ve had like this from this store. It’s a newly renovated location and they will never get it right. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

They messed up my order I called to see if they can just make my pizza right. It wouldn’t even answer the phone, order the cheese pizza and it has pieces of meat in it. I’ve been into the pizza and almost threw up. I don’t eat meat that is so disgusting. They can’t even answer the phone to make it right. Friday January 23rd it is 11:38 right now. I’ve been calling for the past 15 minutes.

My God! The grease was overwhelming. Although it isn’t exactly healthy eating, I had a craving for it for a long time…regretting that decision lasted for 2 days. (Worse than Chipotle if you know what I mean.)
The dining atmosphere is kind of like eating in an Orwellian restaurant. No character, no welcoming atmosphere.
I wish they would have kept that cool 80’s vibe…why ruin a good thing.

I placed a large order for my son’s pizza party 2 days ahead at Little Ceasars. I get there to pick up the order 30 minutes before my sons party (to serve warm) and I was told they did not have them ready and that they were “closed”. I explained I had placed a large order and was not informed they were “closed” esp. since they were “opened”, all I got was, “Ma’am I cannot sell you pizzas bc we’re closed.” Not even an apology. I found a Pizza Hut up the street, the manager Ricky took my order had it ready in no time. Oh! It was cheaper too! Thank you Ricky!

I ordered delivery. It took 20 minutes longer than the expected time and the pizza looks like it’s been sitting there all day. Also, I ordered a lemonade and got a tea…tea tastes like pure vomit to me. I was craving Pizza Hut for the first time in years…now I know why it’s been years since I craved it.

My pizza arrived two hours late and when I tried to call the store for an update during that time they hung up on me 3 times and one person told me to call corporate to get an update on my order(which doesn’t make sense). My card had been charged and they could not even find my order in their system. No apology, no professionalism and my food eventually arrived barely warm.

I called to have my order cancelled due to my own fault for choosing the wrong store. However when I called to have my order cancelled I was transferred 3 times between the call center and the store. No one wanted to help me. Finally after the last call attempt to the store someone different answered the phone and got my order cancelled. Talk about pathetic customer service…

Absolutely LOVE this Pizza Hut and the Staff!!! Went in for a pickup order, but the times were messed up so my order wasn’t ready yet. They put in my order, got it ready, AND brought it out to my car!!! I was so happy!!!!! LOVE these people!!!
