Ordered a large meat lovers pizza with half jalapeño, mushrooms and onions and an 8 piece boneless chicken wings and I got a couple of jalapeños no onions and ALOT of green peppers the boneless wings barely had any sauce I don’t know if that’s the way they were supposed to be but it was very disappointing this isn’t the first time this has happened but I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. The girl working the window wasn’t very friendly either.

We made our order online and just went to the drive thru to pick up. It was fast and so easy! Our order was all correct. We ordered two pizza’s- pepperoni and the meat lovers. Cheesy bread sticks, pasta with bread sticks and the chocolate chip cookie pie. Everything was so good!

So, I ordered the big box dinner meal (with the 2 pizzas bread sticks and a side of pasta or boneless wings) well I chose wings. Then when after I take the drive to go pick my pizza up I get home 14 minutes later to find I I have no wings!!!! I call the store I just left, knowing their still open jus to hear the phone ring until hanging up automatically. I don’t appreciate this kind of service where the employees are refusing to answer the phone on an order they simply blotched! Corporate really needs to do something about this location, because I know it’s not much but they jus lost pizza hut a customer!!!!

Was not impressed with new yorker and will be calling to get $ back no fla or on my cheesy alfredo.. just unreal lack of pride people have if i worked there i wouldnt had given it out. Ordered online got there in 15 min.. had to wait another 30 minutes.. and guven this.. smh gotta do better

I it love when a business is fast to correct a problem or an error. We had a veggie lovers pizza lover’s come out slightly undercooked. The Friendly worker ( did not catch her name) quickly addressed the issue and corrected it no questions asked. Our corrected pizza was delicious.

I don’t think anyone actually works here, at least not in the dine in area. There were 3 people in uniforms, one falling asleep in the booth, one working the counter and another one working the drive through. I stepped away for a minute to pick a seat and 2 out of those employees disappeared. I wait around for a good 5-10 minutes and no one came out to help me. Not even the person sleeping at the booth who clearly worked there. We ended up just walking out and went somewhere else to eat. Definitely won’t be returning for any kind of dine in experience even though the establishment is very capable of serving customers in the restaurant considering there are tables and chairs for people to sit down and eat, not just for their employees to sleep, but who knows I may be wrong and i misjudged what kind of Pizzahut this actually is.

Horrible experience at Seguin’s Pizza Hut location today. I called in the order at 4:06 pm, the female who took my order said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at 4:24 pm past the 15 minutes. They took my payment and was asked to park and she would bring the pizza to me. Well 10 minutes later I called because they still had not brought the pizza to me and I was told they either lost the order or was given to someone else or it was not processed.

If I could give less stars than zero I would. Walked in and ordered three medium pizzas for dine in at 643pm for me and my children. At 7:27 pm we still have no pizzas and they tried to give me not fresh lukewarm pizza to feed my kids while mine was not even ready. The lack of organization in the back is astounding and I can assure you I will never eat here again. I had to ask them to get my kids fresh pizza and then they said oh can I get you a brownie for your trouble?! Like seriously just give me my fresh pizzas like I ordered. The management and owner should be ashamed of the way their staff is handling business.
