We ordered dinner from the Brenham Pizza Hut tonight and not only did we get only half of our order when they remade the missing food this is what they sent us !! We will NEVER order from this location again and not to mention the Manager is useless. Everything has been reported to their corporate office !! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!

I had called and had said that there was no bacon on my pizza the manager wanted to argue that there was I even took a bite and picked up some of the cheese there was none so I had went in to go and prove it the manager still wanted to argue but remake it the pizzas looked ok but I’ve definitely have seen better the delivery driver she was super friendly one is the remake the other is the one with no bacon

This location and the manager saved my corporate meeting today after cancelled catering from another company, I put in a VERY large order of personal pan pizzas and they made it happen with only an hour’s notice. She was awesome about communication and came through right on time! I will be ordering from them again! Thank you to the team that was working today 8/7/24 all of you are very much appreciated!

Pizza is usually good here, but the delivery is rough. Id just go in and get it. I called since they forgot my wings, and after 30 minutes I called and they were just pulling them out of the oven. Just wish they delivered it all at once. Also too expensive for what it is.
Edit: this place has gotten so much worse. Was told my pizza would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes. I got there and was told it hadn’t even been put in the oven yet and it’d be 15 more minutes. Long wait for mediocre pizza.

My last pizza wasn’t appetizing at all. Pizza had an old taste and it was very very dry. Pizza Hut asked for a review and I was very honest in my review. Someone by the name of Kayla emailed me and stated I would receive a call to place a credit or refund to my account. 12 days ago and still nothing. I reached out and no response from Kayla. Their website also claimed I would receive a free pizza but the offer was never sent to my e-mail address. Tired of the Pizza Hut here so I decided to use my points and now we are done. Price is too high for the quality of pizza I received. Time to look for another pizza franchise here in Brenham.

Ordered carry-out twice from here and have had to wait 10 minutes because pizza hasn’t been ready at the stated time. I can understand if a place is busy and I have to wait but why have a system which gives a time the order will be ready if you can’t accurately estimate it

Rough experience, but giving 5 stars for how it was handled. Employees needed some extra training and managers stepped up to fix their issues and laziness. Proper and immediate correction. Pizza is still great, so no issues there. Recommend them for your pizza in the area!

Only reason why they are getting 2 stars is because the initial lady that reeted me was polite. After that there was nothing good about the experience as the order wasn’t ready by scheduled time, had to wait 30 minutes to get it, lady who handed me the items bought didn’t care, and overall no one seemed to care. I can understand being busy and being stressed, but you can’t be that unorganized.

This is located in an extremely small building, so it lacks the old-school Pizza Hut vibes, but the food is good, and the service was nice. Be careful if you drive a larger vehicle and intend to pick up your food at the drive-thru window. After you pull forward to leave, you are forced to make a sharp left turn where a sign and giant rock is waiting to hit your vehicle. I was lucky enough that there were a few guys in break that directed me on making it out unscathed. As an engineer, I have to say that the drive-thru exit was not designed well. If you drive a larger vehicle park out front and go inside. A few minutes of your time isn’t worth damaging your vehicle.
