Since this place opened they have consistently gotten orders wrong and can’t seem to care any less. When you go inside, there is generally no one there to help and you can’t see anyone from the front counter. They are the newest, but also the worst McDonalds around. I gave them 3 stars because when the order is correct it’s generally pretty good.

This is by far the worst McDonalds in the area. They cannot get the order correct if their life depended on it. Icee looks as if it is mixed with dawn with all the bubbles. No one answers the phone to speak with the manager75.

Every visit we have had to go back to correct the order. You either have raw imitation meat or burned sticky meat; cheeseburger no cheese, no nothing but bread and meat; forgot to give the customer the full order; the list goes on.

Management, you need to fix this. Confirm the orders. Make sure the food is cooked properly – not undercooked and not burned. Use fresh oil. Thoroughly clean your machines on a consistent basis.

I was fooled thinking the service and food would be a little better due to them just opening. I chose this location bc it’s closer to my house but I’ll rather just drive further if it means the food will be better. Ordered a fish filet and the dust from the steamer was all over my bun. Don’t you know they looked at it while preparing and STILL handed it to me that way. I added photos. Then when I went back to complain, the manager on duty was rude, didn’t say sorry, just requested another top bun and gave it back to me and walked away. If you want to ruin your day, just stop by this location.

Who owns this location? How is it the bottom bun on my burger is rock hard? Why are the fries either super hot and super cold in the same order? Why do I always have to ask for sauce for my nuggets when I ordered them on the app? At least they drive thru workers are cheerful at giving out the terrible food

Are negative stars an option, if so this one would take the cake.. order is NEVER right the first time, missing food, you might get lucky on the retry. What is right is usually overcooked. It’s not that they miss anything complicated, it’s simple stuff.. hope your cheeseburger has cheese let alone a patty. On top of this they are slow, like unfathomably slow.. 10 minutes when it’s empty, 30 if there’s another car in line.. 3 cars?? Might as well drive to the one down the road.

Unfortunately it doesn’t get any better the further up you go.. shift leads? Useless.. Managers? not on the floor for whatever reason, or just returning. Was supposed to meet with the regional manager after my last issue with them wasn’t resolved after almost a week.. told me to meet them at this location, wasn’t even there.

Seriously the management company just needs to cut their losses.. close the doors, sell the place, live with the 92 and cedarcrest/41 locations. Do everyone in the community a favor.

I never ate supper last night so this morning I got hungry. Couldn’t wait for this location to open so when it was supposed to open at 5am, I made plans to be a few minutes late just to give the workers time to have everything ready. I rolled in to order my food at 15 after 5. When i started ordering, the girl apparently didn’t know her mic was turned off because she muttered ” It’s 5 in the morning,not 5 in the evening”.
I ordered the Sausage,Egg Biscuit combo with Cheese and a Coke to drink.
Of course they pulled me up because everything wasn’t ready. No big deal. But when i finally got my drink 20 minutes later, it was watered down. And, No matter how hard I looked the sausage has yet to be found.
This store being run in this manner shows a lack of skill in the Management Position. Corporate needs to look into it.

Never had a problem. It’s a McDonald’s. Don’t order 6 meals and have 6 different exclusions and what not. It’s not meant to serve your every whim. We never go at rush when all the little children eat. We avoid the 5-7 rush. Go around 9 when adults eat and it’s usually fine. Glad we have something convenient and the ice cream has always been available too!

I ordered a Happy Meal, but when I got home after picking it up, I noticed that the expiration date is September 6.
Since it’s for my child, I really wish they had been more careful.

Every time we go our order is wrong. Last time they told me to pull up for a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal waited 20 mins. I had to walk inside to get it myself still got it wrong and left the kids apple juice out! I think this place could use better proper training! This place needs help asap!

Edit- tried it a few more times. SLOWEST service ever. They seriously need to hire adults who have good work ethics and take their job seriously. No one should have to sit and wait 30 minutes to get “fast” food.

Thought this location would be good since it is new. I was wrong. I have been here several times and have had orders wrong several times. I am not the type person to sit at the window to inspect my bag so I don’t know it’s wrong til I get home. Today I just went through drive through, ordered nuggets and asked if they had Gold sauce… I was told “yes we do”. And for whatever reason I checked the bag and and saw no sauce. I asked for some and was told they didn’t have any. I think I’ll start driving to a different location. Whoever is the manager here needs to make sure the teenage employees know what they are doing.
