Terrible! It took over an hour to get my order and it was cold! The app never left the preparing spot until I called the store to ask where my order was. The. After hanging up it changed to delivered and I still had to wait ten minutes after that! Let alone the driver put the delivery bag on the ground and slid my order out of the bag still on the ground before picking it up and handing it to me! I had to reheat the whole meal! I also asked for extra mushrooms and the whole pizza was covered to the max!

Had a wonderful experience picking up my order from this location earlier today. Jennifer was at the counter at the time, and it really impressed me how she took the time to recommend the best way to reheat the leftover pizza for a fellow customer. It truly made my day.

The customer service and hospitality at this location was amazing, the lobby was fresh and clean as well ! Kristin goes over and beyond to assure customer satisfaction ! Brooke made sure to wash her hands and practice cleanliness while dealing with the food ! She did an outstanding job on the pizza…every section and piece was to prefection ! Ordering was easy and quick, and my food was ready when I got there. The staff was friendly and didn’t make me wait around, which I really appreciated. The pizza itself was hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. The crust was soft with just the right amount of crisp, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the toppings were generous. Everything was packed neatly, so nothing was messy or thrown together when I got home.

Was excited to try the hut box because a personal pizza and 4 boneless wings for $7 sounds like pretty good bang for buck. Too good to be true apparently. Less mad and more so sharing just for the pure comedy that somebody looked at this and said “yup looks good to go” with the two popcorn chicken wings. But maybe that’s just how it is! Schlotskys doesn’t serve with wings but the pizza is larger in width, $5 on weekend, and just down the road so guess I’ll stick with that ♂️

Easy parking. Was warmly greeted upon approaching the counter. We had a cordial conversation over the Texans game. Told me it would be right out. Waited 4 minutes.
Tables and restaurants were clean. Did not visit the restroom.
The young lady showed me my order by opening all of the boxes to prove quality control.

This is one of the most beautiful and big Pizza Huts I’ve ever seen. Ms. Jennifer is very friendly and have amazing customer service. My pizza was very fresh. Overall the service and hospitality was top tier!!! Will be coming back
