Erin is amazing! She worked with my husband and I on the look of our wedding cake. She made some cupcakes for us to try to pick the flavor we wanted. We went with a two tier lemon cake with raspberry jam filling with lemon buttercream. It was delicious and everyone loved it!
She also made my mom 12 cupcakes two different flavors per 6, and everyone who had a cupcake enjoyed them. My husband got his own Carrot cupcakes and love them so much! We appreciate her so much.
If you’re looking for a wedding cake, go through Erin. Speak your vision, and you’ll be so satisfied!

Stopped in for lunch. Chicken fingers and handcut French fries were really good. And the chocolate chip cookie was one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!!!

Just finishing a delicious loaf of raisin bread from @Bartonbaking in VT. It slices beautifully, Toast perfectly and is not my usual sourdough. I’m so glad I stopped.

I truly appreciate a place that makes food the right way, even when they’re busy and that was my experience at Barton Baking Co this morning. Had a breakfast sandwich that was absolutely perfect! Very friendly service, great looking baked goods in the case and a piping hot, perfectly done and huge breakfast sandwich. Can’t wait for the next one!

This is not a proper bakery. The food didn’t feel better than I could easily make at home. The atmosphere felt like an old car shop that got converted to a cheap diner. Piles of boxes on one side instead of stored away from the dining room. Portions were generous and prices were okay, but I wouldn’t stop again.

The whoopie pies are delicious. 10/10 recommend. They had a nice selection of other pastry both sweet and savory along with some loaves of bread. I didn’t try those but they also looked very yummy. Definitely give this place a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

This was hands down the single best croissant I have ever had in my entire life. Tried the spinach and ricotta croissant and the tomato onion and cheddar croissant. Then I had a religious experience eating them in my car so I went back for the ham and cheese. Apparently the woman in front of me in line had done the exact same thing. If you ever find yourself within 25 miles of this fine establishment, GO!!!

Super friendly staff!! Great freshly baked bread!! Cookies are yummy along with the freshly baked cinnamon rolls!! I’m going to keep going back to try everything eventually!! So worth the trip!
