This was hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
I placed an order on 3/28/25 at 6:55 PM with a 35-minute wait time. After waiting at home for 20 minutes, I drove to the store only to be told it would be another hour before my order was ready. When I asked to cancel, I was told it was already in the oven. I ended up waiting in the store for 56 more minutes and didn’t get home until 8:22 PM. The woman at the register apologized and said she would add a $10 credit to my account, but that credit was never applied.
When I finally got home, I discovered that my pepperoni pizza had been replaced with a supreme pizza—something I don’t eat. I had to throw it away and had breadsticks for dinner instead.
Since that night, I’ve reached out to Pizza Hut through their customer service chat three times, emailed, and submitted their online complaint form—all with delayed response. The message was sent to the store manager, Teresa, who hasn’t taken a customer service course in her life.
When I spoke with Teresa today, she was shockingly rude. She cut me off, told me “if you bring the pizza back, I’ll refund you,” and claimed there was no one above her at Pizza Hut. She offered no help, no apology, and no accountability.
This isn’t about the $15—I could have let it go. It’s about being completely ignored, disrespected, and treated like my time and experience didn’t matter. Pizza Hut clearly does not care about their customers. Their staff can’t fulfill basic orders, and their “support” channels are just black holes.
I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again, and I strongly advise others to do the same. If this is how they treat loyal customers, they don’t deserve the business.
May 5, 2025 – I have sent two emails (April 14, 2025 and April 23, 2025) to the address that replied to my email with no response. I have included the screenshot of these as well. I continue to be ghosted by this company.

Love this Pizza Hut dine in yesterday the manager Teresa was crazy busy told me it would be a wait to eat but got my food in ten minutes I don’t know how she did it me and my wife was very happy pizza fluffy and great she was running around doing it all alone I didn’t wait at all she was the cook and csr and manager I never get disappointed when Teresa is working we appreciate you keep your head up help is on the way

So first I’m going to start off with my worst experience which was last week there was taller black manager I believe she had on a green cap on her head this lady was so mean and unprofessional it was distasteful mind the store manager knows me by name she is saving grace of Pizza Hut Lake Jackson Teresa yes that’s her but this lady she needs to be gone removed she was yelling I hate this job loudly I let rgm know this place is like so peaceful with Teresa there o I love her her spirit I ask her only to Make my food God she is great WHOEVER HIRED TERESA that was the best thing yall could have done keep it up girl YOU ROCK like smiling so much regardless of how mean some people are to her she smiles Saving grace Teresa that her name keep her let that other one go don’t know her name yet just had to inform pizza corporation of this thank u

I was only stopping by to place a to go order, but once I was greeted at the door I decided to dine in. The customer service and the time it took me to get my food was amazing. The food here is also amazing. It felt like this place had waitresses the way they continued to check on me and other customers at our tables. Definitely 10/10. I will be back really soon.

Today was the second time I’ve been here in the past few months. I really loved my pizza the first time and today did not disappoint. It was wonderful. The associate was extremely courteous and welcoming. It was so nice to be greeted by someone friendly as compared to some places. Thank you Monica

I am not sure how there’s a 3.5 star rating when clearly this establishment is not living up to the brand. When you can’t tell which pizza is which and all the pizzas are cold and hard, there’s a problem. I guess people will have to go inside the store and wait and watch how the pizza is made in order to get the Pizza Hut brand that we all love. Please learn how to make Pizza Hut pizzas. A pan pizza should never look like a hand tossed pizza. 10 pepperonis on a large pizza should not happen, ever. And presentation is key. Corporate needs to be brought in to stop the madness. Of course you’ve lost this customer but save your business or end up like the rest of the shut down restaurants in the small town area. Wish that I could post the video to show how dry the pizzas were. You all get the picture here. Management must know that the people in the area won’t refuse to pay after waiting for a mess of a pizza. Stop scamming your loyal patrons with this disgusting behavior.

We ordered pizzas for delivery and when one of our pizza was delivered, I realized that it was missing the pesto drizzle I had ordered on it. I called the store to let them know that one of the pizzas in our order had been made wrong and the person on the phone Insisted that she had made the order and that it was correct. I explained to her that I am looking right at the pizza and there is no drizzle on there and she said again she had made our pizza and she remembers the order and it is absolutely on there with such an attitude and was disrespectful it shocked me to learn that she is the manager of this location. I asked her if it was underneath the cheese and she said no it’s right on top. Well please see for yourself in the pictures that there is no pesto drizzle on this pizza. Ma’am, I hope you see this and I hope that you learn how to speak to customers with some respect because you basically called me a liar when I’m looking at it with my own eyes telling you it’s not there even after you said it was right on top.
