literally made an order of 2 items and an added ranch cup that I paid for and they can’t even ensure all whole 3 items are delivered.. like cmon its 3! count with me 1…2…3 items and they can’t make sure they all get sent out on the delivery. and then when you call about it they dont answer. thats sorry service my friend.

Absolute terrible service. We got pizza delivered to our hotel and our pizza had no sauce on it and barely any cheese. I called and they transferred me to the store 4 different times and no one answers and it just disconnects. Don’t waste your time at this place for gross pizza.

Came here to celebrate a graduation with a small family and upon sitting down we were rudely told there’s only carry out no dine ins. Mind you this is at 1pm on a Friday.

We were the only family in the Pizza Hut.

Delivered my pizza to a neighbors house, left it on the ground open and missing slices. Abhorrent.

I even tipped well.

I shouldn’t have to go hunt for my DELIVERY ORDER

Edit: they’ve had me on hold for over 10 minutes now… guessing they’re hoping I give up so they don’t have to redeliver close to closing. Blame your driver, not the customer who expected to actually receive a pizza and not have it delivered to the wildlife

As we walked in the manager killed a fly with a stack of receipts he had in his hand on the counter in between the registers. The food was good although we did have to adjust our order due to no lemon pepper for wings available and no pan pizza available..and we were surprised to hear there is a charge for dried peppers .50 cents when it had always been free at other locations.
