Ordered by phone which was different alredy, we always order pan tost, 2 large pan tost, was good before, this time my husband did as he normally does but went to pick it up, getting there the 2 young guys was just fullng around, told my husband that wasn’t ready yet while he could see it in the oven, ( actually was off) he had to tell them that was his, the young lady was practically doing everything by herself, even asking for help.
Once we got the pizza it was horrible, cold, didn’t look like pan, the pepperoni was burned and meat lovers wasn’t made properly, almost no meat,
I guess we will go to Papa Johns next time

Front desk usually has nobody there and it always takes a long time for someone to show up and hand your pizza which has been setting on the shelf for a while. Not sure if they intentionally did this since they can see customers at front.
Update: Ordered a regular crust pizza but it was paper thin (see photo) and very soft. When I held the edge, the rest of the piece dropped. Cannot believe the quality became so bad. I am done with this location.

Been ordering from here for almost 2 decades and has slowly gone down hill.
Last couple of times food was cold and last one was the worst. Called and they told me that all orders are out without even asking my name.
Tried calling the corporate number and offered a free large but expired within a month said that wasnt going to help. They “escalated” and said id be contacted via email and almost a month later and nothing.
Time to try a new place. Goodbye Pizza Hut.

I called 4 times and no answer. It sounded like the last call someone picked up and hung up. My order was wrong and quality was terrible. I’ve been trying to stray away from ordering pizza hut since I moved to this area because every time I do order, its always wrong and the quality is just terrible.
For this order in particular, my wings weren’t saucy, I asked for a medium size supreme pizza & a large stuffed crust pizza with EXTRA sauce since there isn’t ever any on there when I do order. Still got minimal sauce & no supreme pizza. Just two standard pepperoni pizzas.
Just get a whole new staff at this point. Ain’t no way every time I order, I get half trash & no flavor. It isn’t that hard.

This use to be my go to pizza place…but not anymore. I ordered a large 3 topping pizza which was on special for $10. After adding stuffed crust and an extra topping…$25 including tip. They apparently do not have the contactless delivery down that they advertised as they still handed me a charge slip and pen to sign with…hmmmm, ok. The pizza was soggy raw in the middle to the point it separated from the cooked section when I picked it up. I called the store to let them know and they said they would send out another one, which they did, and it was also raw, not as bad as the 1st one, and greasy, and looked like the driver had sat on the box. You would think they would double check a redo to make sure it was top quality but I guess this cutomer wasn’t that important to them. Pretty sure I won’t be ordering from them in the future. Good luck Pizza Hut on Westheimer in Katy, you’re going to need it.

The only pizza I’ve eaten for 28 yrs. is Pizza Hut. I’m from the northeast, so I am A pizza snob . The pizza I got today was the best pizza I ever got from Pizza hut. The dough was fresh, & the cheese and all the toppings were excellent. And such a reasonable price.! I love puzza hut!

Worst experience ever, delivery person or another employee really must’ve not liked my order. Never had this happen to me, this is why I only order Dominos now. First time trying Pizza Hut, nobody can refund me my money either. Horrible experience.
