This is the third and last time I make an order from this location. This last time was by far the fastest delivery, so I guess they are working on getting better. But there is no reason for my pizza to take 81 minutes to be delivered (3 minute drive from the store). While I do appreciate that it was under 100 minutes this time I’ll be staying away.

Worst experience ever, delivery person or another employee really must’ve not liked my order. Never had this happen to me, this is why I only order Dominos now. First time trying Pizza Hut, nobody can refund me my money either. Horrible experience.

I called 4 times and no answer. It sounded like the last call someone picked up and hung up. My order was wrong and quality was terrible. My order total was $15.00, I receive notifications everytime I make a transaction on my card. Pizza hut charged me $18.00 instead. I picked up my order. No extra fees should of been charged.

Used to be great but the last order was terrible. Undercooked pizza, doughy, and dry wings..pathetic. We received a credit from Allison, went to the store today to get our replacement order but another manager acted like he owned the store and the whole block for that matter. Contacted Corporate and we will see what happens.

This use to be my go to pizza place…but not anymore. I ordered a large 3 topping pizza which was on special for $10. After adding stuffed crust and an extra topping…$25 including tip. They apparently do not have the contactless delivery down that they advertised as they still handed me a charge slip and pen to sign with…hmmmm, ok. The pizza was soggy raw in the middle to the point it separated from the cooked section when I picked it up. I called the store to let them know and they said they would send out another one, which they did, and it was also raw, not as bad as the 1st one, and greasy, and looked like the driver had sat on the box. You would think they would double check a redo to make sure it was top quality but I guess this cutomer wasn’t that important to them. Pretty sure I won’t be ordering from them in the future. Good luck Pizza Hut on Westheimer in Katy, you’re going to need it.

Second time in a row the Westheimer Parkway location cannot make the correct order. They refuse to make a pan pizza and will only send you hand tossed, regardless if you pay the $2.50 upcharge for the pan pizza. Find another brand for your pizza needs.

Despite the 2 star rating I decided to still order from here. I figured since I was picking it up id be more likely to get my food in a timely manner and . I order for carry-out over the phone, was told 15 minutes for pickup. I arrived and the screen said my order was ready but instead I waited an additional 15 minutes. After I paid for my order in cash they inform me they don’t have the cinnabons. I told them I didn’t want a replacement and would prefer a refund. He then told me that he can’t do a cash refund but he would be able to do it on card… How is it easier to refund a payment on a card that wasn’t used versus refunding cash on a cash payment? After 10 or so minutes and calling his manager he just took it out the till. After waiting about 30 minutes I finally got my food and my wings were missing a couple, he remade them for me with some extra, so thanks for that.

Dont know why they have this store for pick up. Had to wait at the front desk for 15 min and calling for help. Both of the employees are in the back on the phone. When I called the store phone to get attention, they just let it go for voicemail.
