Used to be great, seems like bad management is ruining it. Pizza is good other than the buffalo chicken missing buffalo sauce the last two times I ordered it. Had a mix up a couple weeks ago where they didn’t deliver my pizzas. They called, explained what happened, offered a refund. Waited another 40 minutes for the first pizza to get delivered. The driver called their manager when they dropped that one off, they didn’t even remember talking to me. Took another 40 minutes to get the second pizza (took about 2 hours when it was all said and done). Never got my refund.

Coming from GR to Hastings we ordered online, easily. We made selections and modifications all items were made exactly as entered, all items were hot and ready at the stated time online.
I have had better pizza in other places, I have also spent more for worse pizza.
Will definitely go again when we go to Hastings.

Stopped by while driving in town and was not disappointed! The pizza had a nice crispness to it and the cheese to sauce ratio was on point. The cheese bread was covered with lots of cheesy and buttery goodness, definitely a must try! The cinnamon bites were soft and airy. Great flavor all around! Much better than the chain places nearby

Delivery is never on time, pizza has been terribly gross everytime we’ve ordered the last year. Fried pickles are good still at the very least.

Northside is a local pizzeria in Hastings, Michigan, which has at least 5 or 6 other pizza shops, not to mention the other restaurants that serve pizza. Northside holds their own. The people are friendly. The atmosphere is rustic & cozy. The pizza is really good. We had the barbecue chicken pizza and it was amazing! We had to wait about 30 minutes for our pizza, but they let us know ahead of time, so no worries. It was a Saturday night, and they were busy with call in orders. The prices were very reasonable, comparable to most pizza places we’ve been. All in all, a good experience. We’ll definitely be back.

The girl helping me tonight opened up this pizza in front of me and asked “does everything look alright?” and I told her it looks pretty slidden, she shook a bit, it didn’t move, and then she moved on to the other pizza and asked if that one looked okay. Never had an issue but it was a little ridiculous she looked at it and didn’t see anything wrong, and proceeded to ask me if it looked alright.
