Pizza was good just half of bbq pizza was crust.
2/2018 ordered 2 med pizzas, 2 chicken Alfredo, and wings. Ready in 15 min. Great taste. Will say some of the alfrado got dried around the edge but only a few pieces, but won’t stop me from reordering.
Ordered large 2 topping extra pepperoni tosted asiago crust, and chocolate chip cookie. Pizza was perfect and cookie hit the spot!!!!

I ordered a large pizza bread sticks and pasta all the boxes were smashed. The app said it was delivered before I got it it was ok the quality of food has dereraeated severely over the years.

Nothing special sadly. Ordered a 3 topping today and the balance was terrible between the three toppings almost making the whole experience inedible. Crust was blonde and had little rise. No crust seasonings were applied, this should be default with opt out not opt in.

Food tasted great. I ordered online and wasn’t able to add the buffalo and lemon pepper together so when I made it in the store I asked if they could give me the lemon pepper seasoning to add it myself, and it was no problem, the pizza was stuffed crossed the 1 topping deal for $12. Sergio was so fast I was amazed! Great service

Fortunately, there are several other pizza places nearby because this particular store has really gone downhill in terms of quality. We usually order pizza about once a month, and while it used to be reliably good, our recent experiences have been very disappointing.
Last time we ordered, the quality was noticeably worse than what we were used to. Still, we decided to give it another shot tonight since we didn’t feel like cooking. Unfortunately, it was an even worse experience.
We typically go with the 3-medium pizza deal and always have leftovers for lunch the next day. But this time, one of the pizzas was so small it looked a little bigger than a personal size, and the other two were lacking in both size and quality.
It’s a shame because this used to be our go-to spot.

I received a surrey from Pizza Hut with the question. “What can we do to receive a strongly agree next time?” I would like to actually get my pizza. I ordered at 11pm on the app for the Pizza Hut at 4030 Sam Houston Ave. Suite D, Huntsville, TX 77340. 1 full hour before closing time. It said expected arrival at 11:42pm. I never received my order. I have used Pizza Hut plenty before but it is one thing to not receive my order perfectly heated or right on time but I never even got it. Then when I called today. It just said the phone number was no longer valid. I honestly don’t know what to think but I can’t just overlook a $30 order going missing. Sorry but its gonna have to be a 1 out of 5 on this review guys n gals
Update: went down to the Pizza Hut and had a chat with them. Turns out it was an issue with the Pizza Hut app and they never recieved my order. I checked my bank account and my money was returned since the order didn’t go through. I moved it up to a 3 put of 5 for them helping me figure out what happened. I ordered my food and about 15 min later I’m eating pizza 🙂 I’m sorry I doubted you Pizza Hut. Happy Halloween

Never ordering from here again. This was my first time trying this Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza with cheese sticks and marinara. They quoted me about 30 minutes and my pizza showed up over an hour later. My food looks disgusting and cold. Also, they gave me an empty sauce cup. Like is this a joke?

Put in an order for 1 single pizza in the app for contactless curbside pickup. Followed instructions and called the store when I arrived and got sent to a generic call center who then redirected me to the location itself when I said I was picking up an order. The phone to the store rang for about 2 minutes and I tried calling back only to have the same thing happen.
Decided to go inside at the time of pickup since we were unable to get in contact with the store. They said our pizza was just now going in the oven and it would be another 15-20 minutes. They said they would bring the order right out when it was ready.
After waiting 20 minutes we decided to go inside once again to pickup our order. The order was sitting in the warmer for who knows how long before we went back inside. We noticed the employee who told us he was going to bring the order out leave the store 10 minutes prior to us returning.
Pizza was still warm from being in the oven but was very greasy and fell apart easily.
The phone was going off the entire time we were inside… Why have phones in the first place??
