Been coming here since 2022. Pizza was good. Ever since they changed to that lady at night, I rarely go. Figured I would give a chance again. The lady kept calling me “baby”. I am not her baby and to me that was uncomfortable and unwanted. Then she stated “I made sure to put your fries In a wing bowl cause I know how you always complain about the fries being cold.” …..I said that you must have me mistaken with someone else because i have never complained on any of the food. Niw, this is my 1st complaint cause look at the pizza received (now im complaining). Im used to a pizza with a better presentation. A lot of crust. Too much dry cheese and barely any sauce. I shouldn’t have come back.

This review is for the manager of the location. I just picked up my pizza on 10/11/25 around 7:45pm and the man that handed my wife the pizza decided to repeatedly ask for a tip in a very aggressive matter and mind you everyone this is a pickup order not curbside not delivery PICKUP. Completely unprofessional and shouldn’t be tolerated.

I love that I can order my dinner in the app and I can pick it up in the drive thru. This is huge when you have a child in a car seat in the back. Not having to get my kid out and go in, makes this really easy for dinner.

Ordered at 11 am for a 12:30 pm delivery. It arrived at 1pm cold and barely had any sauce on the chicken. When I called to complain, the manager offered to replace for free, but it would be another 45 minutes before delivery and I’m less than 3 minutes away from them OR I could go THERE to get a refund. Not very good customer service and second time my order from them has been late.

We went through drive thru and the woman there was extremely friendly and professional. When we got home i think i might have tried some of the best pizza ever. This pizza hut did not lie when it said no one out pizzas the hut.

I’m giving 5 stars not because of the delivery service I received, but solely due to the service that the GM, Amy provided. I placed a delivery order around 6:35pm one night. I was told the pizza would be delivered in approximately 40 minutes. An hour went by, still waiting; an hour and a half, still no pizza. Finally, an hour and fifty minutes later, my pizza arrives. Needless to say, the pizza wasn’t even warm. I immediately called and asked to speak to the manager. I eventually got to speak to the manager (Amy) and explained the situation. She told me she would have a replacement pizza Ready for me in 15 minutes. She also applied a $20 credit to my account for next time I order as a way of apologizing. I’ve ordered from this location many times in the past, with this definitely the worst it has ever been. Amy taking care of the situation, ensures that I will continue to patronize this location.
