Ordered a meat pizza with onions and extra cheese.
Had it delivered.
Opened the box and it literally was only a cheese pizza with onions!!
Drove up there and had them remake the pizza with meat this time, and reminded them about the extra cheese I payed for.
Guy in the back got offended even though they screwed up my order. This time the pizza was basically just meat and onions, barely any cheese at all!!!
What a waste of money and over an hour of waiting to still mess up the order! Terrible service!!!

I have never in my 23 years of living, had a dominoes pizza THIS amazing I’ve been to ALOT . I mean the bottom of the bread was GOLDEN and SO crisp and beautiful that it brought tears to my eyes. I wish I was able to thank the workers themselves because THIS was my most favorite most perfect order that’s ever existed.

On 9-4-25 around 11pm I went to domino’s in Westpoint Ms to pick up a order for someone as I was waiting on the food to finish cooking I watch the worker prepare someone food with his bare hands without no gloves so the order that I pick up I call the owner to let them know what I just seen as far as they food I didn’t see him preparing the order I was there to pick up but if he was preparing the order I saw him preparing with his bare hands he did the order before the same way without gloves which was my order that is nasty n disgusting to see someone do that in the food industry that makes people not want to come back nomore im not trying to get nobody in trouble but that not rite put gloves on wen u preparing people food is all im asking n saying.

I have ordered from here three times since coming home from college for the summer. The first time they said they could not place my pick up order at 10:00 pm (an hour before they close) I guess because they didn’t feel like it. The second time they delivered the wrong food to me and I did not notice until I opened the boxes and they were gone. I called them back and told them it was wrong so then they brought the right food to me around 30-45 minutes later. Then after I was done eating my food a second order of my correct food was delivered for no reason. The third time ordering I placed my order online for a delivery; however, I called and changed my order to a pick up order. On the way to the store they called me back saying they could no longer due pick up because the driver had already taken my food. (Which was fine I guess) I turn around and go home and there is no delivery. I call them again and they said “yeah can u actually just come pick it up”. I was planning on doing that when I was in town the first time. So then I go BACK to town after I just got home. Go inside to pick up my pizza and the worker was incredibly rude to me and they could not find my pizza for 10 mins when it was just on the shelf. The pizza was cold and not worth all the confusion. I had already paid online and then I discovered they had double charged my card for my order. I think this possibly is the worst customer service I have ever seen and they have absolutely no idea what is going on. If I could rated this a zero I would. This place is not worth it. My experiences are absolutely horrible and way too much confusion for a pizza.

We ordered delivery and prepaid over the phone. When the driver got here she did not have all our order. She said she would return but after a period of time we called and she didn’t even tell them. So we were told to call back in 15 minutes. An hour after we placed the order we finally got the last of our order, which by this time the rest of our food was cold. Also in this process my wife was hung up on twice. This is the worst experience we have had at any restaurant. Two thumbs down and will not recommend anyone do business at the West Point, MS domino’s

My visit there was very good. I didn’t have a wait when I purchased my carryout order. The young man, who took my order, was very helpful and professional. I ordered the Meatzza with Brooklyn style crust. I also had them to add jalapeno peppers. Food was greaaat!!

Tonight Domino’s is really busy. I was put on hold for over 8 minutes before I hung up then I called back and they answered immediately and this time took my order. I hate to think how much longer they would have kept me on hold. I was wanting delivery. I made my order paid and was THEN told it could be up to an HOUR before it was delivered. It would have been nice to know that BEFORE placing a for delivery order. I changed my order to pick up, but was hoping to avoid getting out. I should have just cancelled the order since I now would have to get out and I could get something else. We have been happy with Domino’s. We will order again, unless we have this experience again.

They never can get a order right. It could be as bad as not even having all of the order done and then you have to wait 20 minutes and some of the pizza is hot and the rest is ice cold to something as simple as not cutting the thin crust pizza correctly. When you have a child that is extremely picky about how he eats his pizza it is a fight when it is cut in squares and not slices.
