Great Pizza Hut location!! I ordered online on a Saturday afternoon and the wait was the average 15-20 minutes. When we arrived there was a small line. Our order was completed quickly and exactly on time. There was only 1 employee working and he was doing the work of 2-3 people and he did great. He had a ton of pizzas finishing up and he got them all in boxes and ready as quickly as he could while assuring everyone he would be with us shortly. When he had a short break he checked everyone out and had fantastic customer service. I was super impressed! Our food was amazing!

At 80 it’s sometimes a difficult decision as to what to eat. Hard to find something that piques my jaded appetite at times. This is never a problem here and I love the salad bar. It’s much better than a person would think as it’s a rapid serve place to eat but I always find everything is fresh and tasty.

Absolutely terrible experience — easily the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to.
The pizza was lukewarm, the crust was stale and chewy like it had been sitting out for hours, and everything tasted like it was cooked in old, burnt oil.
The lady at the register reeked of cigarette smoke so strongly that the smell was all over the dining room and she looked visibly strung out — bloodshot eyes, sluggish, mumbling, barely able to take an order correctly. Whoever is the hiring manager for this location needs to be fired ASAP!
I’ve been a Pizza Hut customer for years, but after today I will never return to this location again. Corporate needs to step in because this store is an embarrassment to the brand. Do better Brownwood. DON’T RECOMMEND.

That is thier Panny style type pizza.I feel like it’s the best pizza that came out. It had plenty of pepperoni just the way I like it.. And of course I added jalapenos to it. It Also comes with extra cheese And of course I asked for it.

I did an online order, hubby picked it up at the time it was ready. The pizza was old. Like hours old and not the right toppings. The cheese bread was cold. One pizza that was supposed to be a square pizza was an old thin crust that was ALSO old. When I tried to call them multiple times, no one would answer the phone. This place is ridiculous and will never order here again.

I love pizza hut ,and this one is pleasant to eat at. Is in a busy area, but they don’t rush you on ordering. They do a great job are friendly. Make good suggestions and are fast.
