I ordered here tonight and it was honestly one of the WORST experiences I’ve had with them. The delivery was extremely late, and by the time the pizza finally arrived, it was COLD and DRY. The crust was overcooked and hard, and the stuffed cheese was completely stiff since it’s cold. This was absolutely not worth it. I expected a fresh, hot pizza, not something that tasted like leftovers. Definitely rethinking ordering from here again. Please get better management, thank you.

The person who took my order was not friendly or sympathetic. I waited for about 20 minutes before being able to place my order because apparently they had a technical issue that made it impossible for them to take orders. That was not a problem, but no apologies or expression of understanding from the person in charge. When I eventually got the pizza, I received no response from the person taking the order to MY “thank you.” Its the second time I’ve been there and I’ve not left with good feelings.

The manager here is awesome And definitely doesn’t drink on the job, and if she did it surely isn’t e&j vanilla with the white cap.
She is super focused on her job and this place does like medium business it seems like, so I don’t know why they seem so busy, I think they just work slow.

Very disappointed. Tried to order a cheese pizza with extra cheese. I ordered a med 3 topping pizza. wanted only extra cheese as 1 topping. but was charged $2.50 for extra cheese. So I asked them for my additional 3 topping on the side. Gave it to me in 3 small bags. I tried to explain them the scenario, but just brushed it off.

Completely undercooked pizza. unmelted cheese, and not to mention came without any tomato sauce. Now I have to cook my own pizza I paid 20$ for. Normally can’t stand Pizza Hut and I took a chance, never again. Thanks a lot.

Ordered here to see if the pizza would be good, the pizza is cold, as if it was cooked sometime earlier, I had a similar problem at the bellmead location, they were beyond slow also, it was a very strange experience , as the box was just on the side table , when I asked the employee that my order had shown completed 15 minutes earlier. He then proceeded to put the desert in a box that had been sat on the table too. Could not recommend. Parking here is a joke.

DO NOT GO HERE AT BAYLOR PIZZA HUT!!! Its sad when the corporate office does not reach back out as they must not care to engage in the community with great as customer service as it is extremely important. I am in customer service myself and respond to many emails daily!

It’s a good Pizza Hut. It’s not going to beat any of the local pizza places (Shorty’s, Poppa Rollo’s, Bari’s, etc.), but this place is great if you’re looking specifically for Pizza Hut style pizza. It’s a convenient walk from campus and they do a good job with their all-you-can-eat buffet.

Just got towed when most spaces were available, and there was no clear sign saying no parking. While we were waiting for a ride to arrive, I’ve had to tell 3 different people not to park where we did because they would be towed.
-just left the towing company and they even said they’ve been receiving way to many calls from that location. They “dread getting calls from them. It’s not right.” Direct quote from the towing company.
