We just ordered a pizza fpr delivery from here and the food is good but the pizza was an absolute mess and the cinnamon sticks barely had any cinnamon on them. Will not order delivery from this place again. This is unacceptable.

Parking lot is very dangerous and rough. Inside dining is limited at the White Settlement location. The lobby is more of a waiting area than a dining area, still you could share a pizza-pie with a friend inside this Pizza Hut.

I prefer a crispy crust. When I order pizza (no matter who from) I request extra extra crispy crust. Not once has it come close to crispy. I have to put it in the oven when I get home before I can eat it BUT NOT TODAY!!!! I got it EXACTLY the way I asked. I went back in to thank them giving an extra tip.

I have ordered pizza from here for almost 6 years and after my last experience, I’m not sure if I will. I ordered 4 pizzas. One was cooked perfect, one was a little over cooked but edible, 2 were completely burnt. When I called a woman picked up and answered. I told her “I just ordered from you guys and two of my pizzas are burnt” the woman replied, quite crass “you mean to tell me all your pizza is burnt?” I replied “well actually 2 and ones over cooked but edible I can send you a picture if I need too” attitude quickly changed. Then had the nerve to ask me to pick it up. I asked her why would I when they messed it up. She agreed. When asked who was the manager, she said she was and I told her that she should have more manners . The pizzas were just delivered, they were properly cooked, but the wrong pizzas.

I have ordered from here a few times. I think I’m done ordering pizza here. The quality of ingredients has really gone downhill. When you walk in, it feels like a closet and is not cleanly. There are so many different staff members that have worked here, and they never seem upbeat. It feels like you are inconveniencing them by coming in. This location really needs renovated, and the pizza quality really needs improvement. I wish them well, but, no more.

Well I couldn’t believe all the negative reviews when I read them because I love Pizza Hut. And not one managerial response! Well they are all true! The employees here are miserable and hate their job which is obvious in thelack of quality in the products. And in their horrible customer service. I had to call 5 times before reaching a person after they kept hanging up the phone! I was calling because they missed an entire product off of my order. When I finally did get someone the girl was rude, unapologetic and didn’t want to fix it! Seriously something needs to be done at this location. Owner, operators, managers where are you at?

Came during rush hour had a delay but Cameron was an amazing cashier wonderful customer service the team in the back seemed on top of it even though it was busy, the manager on shift was very sweet I don’t know who she is but her crew gave me a wonderful experience despite the delays

Food. 1 star but who really knows since we never got our pizzas. Service. 0 stars as it was non existent at this location. Atmosphere 0. The staff hides in the back. Doing want? Well not making pizzas. I understand that a busy night or day can happen, but making excuses for poor planning, bad training and lack of leadership is unacceptable. Do better Pizza Hut. I will stick to Papa Johns or Mr Jim’s 30 mins away, but at least I will get my pizza.

Order a pizza around 8:57 pm, estimated deliver was 9:22 pm. At 9:40 pm I still hadn’t received my order. I call three times and no one answered any of the times. So I decided to drive up to Pizza Hut to get my order, let them know what was going on and they told me it was delivered at 930. They offered to make my Detroit style pizza with double pepperoni and what I got was a pizza with a few pepperoni scattered. While there I could see why they didn’t answer the phone, I was at the register and could see the phone ringing… no sound. They had turned down the volume all the way

Called in at the call center for Pizza Hut took the order said it would be ready at 8:35 PM Saturday the 13th 2025 make it there to my destination to pick up the pizza. They said they didn’t have one in my name or the order had not been placed Call the call center back and this is we have the order right here but we can verify it anyway the young lady there at the Pizza Hut said you can order another one, but it’s gonna Take 30 minutes to 45 minutes to make one and the cost would be 24 and some change when I called the order in I got a large specialty pizza for 1083. I was very disappointed because I didn’t get my pizza that I ordered.
