Didn’t order the food here but delivered Doordash from this place. The employees gave me most of the order, but didnt give me the chicken the customer wanted, and waved me off. Delivered it, and got a call from a very angry customer, who told me the Pizza Hut employees directed them to me. Long story short; employees failed to give me everything the customer requested, leaving me in trouble and shifting blame. When someone picks up their food, they should expect all of it to be there. Food chains forgetting a customer’s food is not a good look.

Dine in buffet was nice. The place was nice and clean, The wait staff were very pleasant and accommodating and the buffet although only consisting of pizza, salad and cinnamon sticks was still hot and fresh!

First time visit. It was a bit confusing. You see the pizza buffet as you walk in but just pizza. I asked about salad & waitress advised it would be brought to you. You have a selection of house or Ceasar. You do serve yourself pizza. The pizza was good & they keep it fresh. We had a ceasar & house salad. Both were good but I prefer to make my own. Guess I was expecting a buffet with a full salad bar. Those are hard to come by in Nac. Overall the restaurant was clean & pleasant.

Make sure to check y’all’s pizzas if they are being delivered. I order a medium pepperoni pizza for my son and it was undercooked and made him sick!! I didn’t realized it was undercooked until I was about to throw it away the next day cause it had been sitting on the kitchen table all night long, the pie was literally stuck to the cardboard and it was clearly undercook no doubt. My son only ate half of 2 slices and it made him sick, about an hour later he just vomited everything and he was nauseous afterwards he’s just 4 years old so of course he doesn’t know better about his food this is just infuriating that they would let this happen they are serving food to people they need to be more careful about this things! I really liked Pizza Hut but after this experience we are going to choose someone else for pizza night.

Went in to order Pizza and the guy making them touched so much stuff and didn’t wash his hands. I asked why he did t wear them and the young lady at the register told me he has to keep his hands washed at all times.
He stayed touching things and never once washed his hands. I did see the manager I’m guessing in a green shirt he walked up and immediately washed his.
I seen other workers handling food and they had on gloves.
