Firehouse is our fave sandwich shop! We have tried 3 times recently to eat there and it’s been a disaster! One time they could only take online orders, one time they were out of half the ingredients we requested, and the most recent time they were not able to take any orders–online or in person. And the last order we did get to go through, we requested sauce via the app and also called to make sure it was in the order when delivered….and it was not there when order arrived. Sad to see, but this location won’t be in business long.

After leaving my transplant hospital for clinic, surgery, or whatever I have going on, my family and I always eat at a firehouse subs. It’s basically a tradition we’ve done since I was 13, I’m 27 now. That’s a lot of sandwiches! Sometimes we pick a different location but Conway knocked it out of the park this time! Don’t get me wrong; I’m never disappointed by the food, but these guys knocked it out of the park!

I generally don’t write review but this is necessary. While waiting for my take out, I had to listen to staff cursing, yelling, & general inappropriate behavior from the 3 male workers. The young female worker was the only one doing her job & she appeared embarrassed by the behavior of the others. I’m so grateful there were no families with young children dining at the time. This place is very unprofessional. There was literally 6-7 employees most just standing looking at you. Someone with us was denied a firefighter discount bc they claimed they didn’t hear him before placing his order. He even asked did he get the discount before paying and Dewayne (employee) stated you should have told us before placing order and mumbled under his breathe. He was rude and very unprofessional. Instead of making the appropriate changes to his order before he paid, he had to pay full price. Uncomfortable atmosphere, rude employees and horrible service. First and last time there. The owner should definitely make a visit there soon.

He provides not only amazing customer service but is genuine in his service to customers. He is pleasant, professional and humble. A wonderful person who I’m sure will go far in life.

The online ordering process through the app is very easy & convenient. Food was ready when I arrived but still warm, all of the staff were very friendly, restaurant interior was clean and neat. Overall, Firehouse has some of the best subs around and the spicy options + hot sauce bar make it even better.

I was so excited when I seen the new Thanksgiving Sub. Looked fantastic on the website. Had the wife order one for pickup. Got home to eat it, and when I say it barely had anything on it, I mean it was the bare minimum. Looking at the sandwich, you could barely tell it had anything between the bread. One very thin piece of turkey, barely any stuffing (appeared to be lightly sprinkled on the sandwich), and the thinnest coating of cranberry sauce. The taste was pretty good, but it’s a waste of money to pay for so little. I wish I would’ve thought to take a picture of it, cause it was a pitiful sight to see. I really hope you do better for other customers. Cause that definitely wasn’t worth the money. I’ve never been done this bad by you guys.

Prices are standard. Customer service was good. They do offer military discount. The lady was nice but she kept messing up my order. Sandwiches are good but nothing special. For a medium $13 meal I’d expect a little bit bigger sandwich and more meat on it. Didn’t fill me up. Maybe I just had a bad first experience but I probably will not risk coming back.
