My family and I love coming to this location! (It’s our favorite one in the Longview/tyler area) the food is always good. The manager Adam is always so nice and considerate making sure everyone is enjoying their time and food and is always working! This is the best Pizza Hut around!! Shoutout to Katie and Tracy! Amazing servers, always attentive and nice to our family! Katie always makes sure we are taken care of and checks to make sure we are enjoying our meal etc. Tracy is so interactive and nice with our kids! I went in for buffet and Tracy H was a phenomenal waitress. She was efficient with refilling drinks and checking on our table often. She is very friendly and I wish I had more cash for a tip. Food was fresh and was coming out frequently! Will be returning 🙂

We entered and waited to be seated. No one paid any attention to us, so I went to the counter and asked if we could seat ourselves. A middle-aged woman (possibly the manager), in a “not very welcoming” tone, informed us that they were short-handed and she needed to tend to the drive-through. Then, she pointed me back to the hostess stand and told me to wait over there. We did not feel valued at all and left immediately. BTW, we were treated this way once before, by this same employee. We left then, too. I understand that things get busy, but….that is not the customer’s fault and we should never have been made to feel that way. If they cannot show dine-in customers courtesy and prioritize the drive-thru pickup window on days when they are short handed, they should close the inside dining room. Dining out is supposed to be relaxing and pleasant. We will not return.

Jenna greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in to the Gladewater Pizza Hut today for lunch. The pizza is spot on as usual. Jenna makes the difference by being observant and anticipating my dining needs before I ask.

When you pickup you won’t get your full order. Terrible customer service. Ran out of wings after already placed order. Went with pasta instead. Got home no pasta. It’s really went downhill

Who do you have manning the phones??? Third time I have tried to order. They do not speak English very good and don’t know what is on sale and what isn’t. Terrible experience ordering. Pizza good as were the wings but pizza hut will start closing stores if you don’t get some friendly knowledgeable people to work there!

Always a good expierence! Tracy Hendler is always good with kids who come in, she is always checking on tables and is making sure there’s is always food rotating in.

I recently placed a order for delivery when it arrived the containers for my wings and apple pies had been damaged and the ranch busted open in the bag. Which was no big deal. But Then I opened my pizza and found that half my toppings where stuck to the roof of the box. In which I thought ok I’ll call the store they will make this right. Maybe a new pizza or a store credit something. But instead the manager makes accusations that I’m lying about the whole situation, in which I explain to him that I did not appreciate it and I would not be using their services anymore!!! “Domino’s I am your number one fan”
