Im a huge fan of the lunch buffet. Sun through Fri from 11 to 130. They usually are still going a short while after and they pay attention to the spread to keep fresh options on there. Salad comes with it if you ask. I really like the atmosphere with different sports on and the mix of music. Their fountain drinks are a good level of carbonation. I recommend this restaurant. They also deliver directly and through doordash.

The guys and gals at this location are fantastic. I witnessed another customer trying to order a raw pizza, and she was upset they wouldn’t sale her one. The RGM informed her it was against policy and food safety so they couldn’t do it. HE was polite as can be. My pizza was delicious.

They didn’t want to fix my pizza the way I wanted. I called corporate where the person answering did not understand English too well. I’m not only disappointed on them at a local level but obviously it’s not run too well at the corporate level either. There are other places in town to get pizza and I will no longer going to Pizza Hut.

I came to dine-in at a time when the restaurant wasn’t busy. After 30 minutes, I got served the wrong order so I sent it back to be re-done. After 20-30 minutes later, they got my order wrong again. The manager came over and apologized stating that I would get a discount at checkout for my “inconvenience”. At checkout, there was no discount. The kitchen and management was a mess.

I called this location for a delivery on 06/09/2023. The lady answers the phone and ask carry out or delivery, I ask can I get delivery and as soon as I said that she hangs up the phone on me so hard I heard the phone slam. Now I’m not sure why she was so rude but I definitely have an idea and I’m not from this area I’m actually a truck driver so it’s only one reason for it because as soon as she heard my voice she hung because I’m a black person. Never said another word she just slams the phone down on me. Disgusting a$$ people I wouldn’t trust the food anyway if they feel like this about me.

Wow, normally I’m a fan of Pizza Hut but what occurred really made me mad and I felt other patrons should be aware. Ordered a pizza via phone, drove into town to pick it up and the guy at the window says “how about $22?”. To which I replied, “Excuse me but wasn’t the total $18 something?”. To which he replied, “Wow, you are the first person to ask me that”. Didn’t know paying for a pizza was a negotiation, maybe I should have countered with $10? Normally, I’m a very generous tipper but this is ridiculous and a scam. He didn’t provide a receipt for cash payment.

I was excited to find a dine-in Pizza Hut and that it offers the buffet daily. I have visited about 4 times and it’s hit or miss on staff. Sometimes they seem to be understaffed and will have to wait to be seated and a server coming around.

We love the fact that they load the toppings on and don’t skimp on the toppings! The drive thru staff was extremely helpful and friendly! We will definitely be back!
