Food was good but employees never spoke to me. I waited for one to count the cash in the register then she walked away. Had to get the attention of another worker & ask for my order. He only said sign here when he put the charge ticket on the counter. The pizza was good, hot & on time employees need to be traind in customer service.

When I walked in. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE greeted me. The lady at the register literally said “what’s your name” then handed me my food. Not a thank you, have a good day, nothing. When I got my my pizza was wrong. My cinnamon sticks were cold and hard as if they had been sitting there for hours. & My wings had little to no sauce on them and so tiny, combined probably made up 6 whole wings. Do better pizza hut. Will be driving to the balch springs location from here on out

Ordered Online after waiting over an hour my food for delivery order never came. I called pizza hut entered my phone number in their automated system, was told my food was picked up and delivered it never was, I have cameras all around my home so no chance of that being true. After 17 times of calling them no one ever picked up. Had to drive to the location on Gross rd. only 1 worker was working the others were on their cell phones the manager was so stoic no expressions no hello sorry nothing I wanted to cancel my order and get my money back she said you have to call Corporate ok; I want my tip back call corporate again that is simply ridiculous!!! She never provided me with an explanation of what happened to my order didn’t question if I received it just printed out my receipt and remade the order. By this time, it was 7:30pm I do not eat this late in the evening so sadly I didn’t eat it. Called Corporate filed my compliant and no one has contacted me. This explains to me why Pizza Hut employees do what they want and why they lack customer service skills etc. Dear Corporate, you need to take several training courses from Chick-fil-A and follow how they make there establishments run for the most part smoothly!!!

This place is not recommended by me. Their customer service SUCKS! I ordered a pizza to be delivered and it was totally wrong, called to speak to the manager and the kid on the other end hung up on me three times and used a fake name, so I had to drive up there just to tell them it was the wrong pizza. They gave me my money back and I ordered from Vamos pizza which is a better pizza by a long shot.

This place has no menus for customers to look at; all the employees look like they are on drugs. The cashier was very nice, but not helpful when asking her for help. No signs are posted with deals or specials; I had to ask for everything and was told to go online. This place definitely needs some help

Worst pizza experience ever. Spent $27 on a big box that had 0 sauce or flavor on any of the pizza. The pasta wasnt even cooked all the way. Only eat here if you don’t care about taste
