We ordered a pick up order on Thursday the 12th of February. I can’t rate the service or atmosphere as it was take out. Our pizzas had very of any flavor. There was little to no sauce on either pizza. Toppings were okay but had little flavor. It is pretty sad that the frozen Tostinos pizzas from Walmart taste allot better than pizza huts. I have had pizza from pizza hut (not in this state) before and have had been really good.

I am very disappointed in this location. I have never went to the buffet. I tried it today. Big mistake. I asked for a veggie pizza to be made for the buffet. They made it with white Alfredo sauce. I can’t eat white Alfredo sauce it makes me nauseous. When I asked the manager Arthur Chairez if they could make a veggie pizza with red tomato based sauce he said no if you want one buy it. I ask him if I could get a refund for the buffet purchase and order the pizza instead he said no refund for the buffet. I feel very disrespected as a customer and ripped off. I won’t spend my money at this location ever again. Very sad too because I was a very good, long time customer of this location. . Oh well, another one bites the dust! That’s the picture of what I couldn’t eat, it made me nauseous because it was made with white Alfredo sauce.

Disappointed with Food and Customer Service
I ordered delivery from Pizza Hut and was really let down. The wings and the pizza melt I received were way overcooked—dry, burnt, and just not edible. I went online to report the issue, and while they did respond, the solution they offered was to send me a coupon for two free large 3-topping pizzas. Not exactly what I ordered or equal to the $42 I spent, but I figured I’d settle.
Well, that was five days ago and I’m still waiting for the coupon they promised. No follow-up, no email, nothing. It’s frustrating to deal with poor food quality and then have customer service drop the ball too. At this point, I’m not sure I’ll be ordering from Pizza Hut again

I didn’t realize they sill offered a buffet. Ordered a personal pan pizza. They were very pleasant at the counter. There was a bit of a wait on my pizza because the buffet was so busy. My food was good and the people were nice so I would recommend.

Worst experience ever! I went for pick up I ordered two pizzas and a 6 piece TRADITIONAL wings and instead I get the Boneless. I called to get a refund because I was already frustrated and the General Manager named Arturo refused saying it was my fault not theirs. I offered to drive back and show him my receipt so he could see for himself that my order was wrong on their part and he said it wouldn’t change anything. I ask if instead of a refund I could get the wings I ordered instead and he refused as well as saying I would have to pay for the 6 piece traditional wings I had originally ordered. He told me I was wasting his time and then hung up the phone on me. Worst service ever would not own up to his errors.

Just I pick up my pizza the guy who was the cashier. He was clean the tables, really clean, empty place but clean, ask for What I need and he charge me and give me my food. Simple the pizza Hawaiian spacy was really spacy supper hot… next time I will be. Change my selection.
