Place has gone down in quality over the years. Pizza still taste great every time, but service is slow or sometimes apparently non-existent; the front is replaced with a kiosk to check in, but no signs of someone working in the back other than sounds of movement. Wait time can be lengthy despite no other people around.

I am here to pick up my order and check in immediately when I got in, but the guy work here name Joe keep ignoring me, and busy with his thing. I asked kindly ask if he got my mobile order, and he just started serving another customer just came in behind me……And make me wait few more minutes. And turn out to be my order was ready before I even arrive, he is just making me wait without helping…..I am not sure if he is racist or something make him treat me differently. Obviously it’s a bad order pickup experience.

I found a piece of metal in the pizza! I contacted Pizza Hut Customer Service, but nobody cared—they just forwarded my complaint to the franchisee.

I can’t believe I said excuse me 3 times and was still ignored as there are multiple cameras showing that I’m in the front I listened as someone was being taught how to do their job as they are simultaneously not doing theirs
