Went there when they first opened but didn’t actually go in until 10:55 because nothing was prepared and chairs were still lined up against walls. Totally understandable if there’s a lot to do but there was truly nothing ready, not even the food, the soda fountain, etc. Not sure if this lady is a manager but she had the nastiest attitude towards customers and staff and even proceeded to throw lids from containers AT the staff very aggressively. Not sure why she was upset that THEY weren’t prepared to open when that isn’t anyone’s fault besides their own, but that doesn’t justify throwing things at fellow employees. Will not be going back due to unjustified anger towards others especially on the clock.

Ordered a bowl with steak and chicken, extra rice, extra beans and basically got regular portions of the extras and NO CHICKEN! They were sure to give only half steak tho, cheap az! Usually the bowl has some heft to it. Now it’s lighter than regular portions. This place has gone down hill fast. I could care less about the lame excuses of tariffs and inflation. If I pay for extra I expect the usual extra not this slop. Definitely rethinking ever coming back here.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experiences at this particular store are rarely good. I ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, corn, mixed vegetables, sour cream, and cheese. I picked it up in the Chipotlane. When I got home, I was starving and started to eat, and I was so irritated to find that the rice was not fully cooked. It was hard on the inside. The pinto beans had zero flavor. The staff are always unfriendly at this location as well. I will not spend my money at this location again.

I was told to come back because they ran out of rice and steak, I’m sorry but as a fast food chain you should never run out of food or tell someone to come back. It was a young lady who kept telling everyone that is all we have left and they are open 4 more hours. Like go make some more. It may sound insensitive but I could careless. I pay $13 for a bowl and can only get cheese & lettuce on it because that’s all that’s left. Bullshit.

Place was filthy!! Trash overflowing, dishes stacked high, food all over flood, tables & benches. Employees standing around on phones. Over charged but didn’t offer me a receipt (same order as always and paid $10 more)

I waited nearly 10 minutes today while only two customers (simple orders)were served.
When it came time for the third customer, the barbacoa or one of the other meats on the line was uncut. The employee stopped what she was doing, went to speak with someone behind the line, then returned and asked another employee to come cut the meat.
While the meat was being chopped, she simply stood there doing nothing as multiple customers waited in line and service came to a complete stop.
I asked politely if other customers could be helped in the meantime so the line wouldn’t be held up. I was told no.
Another customer next to me commented that service “used to be good” and that his recent visits had also been consistently poor. After standing there watching the line go nowhere, both of us walked out without ordering.
This is no longer a quick or reliable place to grab food. Slow service and no regard for customer time.
I won’t be returning to this location.

They open at 10:45 AM, I walked in at 10:50 AM and the food was still being prepped, no big deal. I stood there for 5 minutes while 4 employees were working to finish prep etc. and not one of them acknowledged that I was standing there so I finally walked out! Not, “sorry we are running behind this morning”, “we will be right with you”, nothing, and for this reason they will no longer get my business!
If you are considering going here, do yourself a favor and drive about a mile down the road to Bubbakoo’s Burritos, they are happy to have your business and the service was excellent!!

This location is not good. The atmosphere is awful, the line is always a mess, I nearly always get overcharged. I paid $11 for this little bowl of steak… I weighed it when I got home… 4.3 oz (only one scoop fits in that bowl not two). Large chip bag was nearly empty as well. Chipotle used to be awesome, but it has gone way down hill. We will not be going back.

My husband placed an online order. When he went to pick it up, they told him they are out of rice and could not have rice ready for another 30 minutes. My husband was on his lunch break and was unable to wait 30 minutes for rice. They told him he could call a number to get a refund for his order. I think it’s terrible a customer has to go through obstacles to get their online order refunded. It’s even worse that rice is one of the main sides and they don’t have any ready. Might would be good to update online that this location is out of rice so people can’t order it. Last time we went to this location they were out of all of their meat. This seems like a consistent problem.

I have been coming to this location for a long time, and today was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. The pregnant woman with long light colored braids who was making my burrito should 100% not be working in any place that requires customer service. I understand that she may have been not feeling well, or had a long day, but she went OUT OF HER WAY to be indescribably rude and unprofessional. I walked up and she just stared at me, I said “hey how are you”…no response just a mean look. She said “what do you want on the burrito” before she even pulled it out of the bag to warm the shell, I said “white rice please” and I stopped because I don’t expect her to remember my entire burrito order by memory when she ain’t even have the shell on the line yet. She rudely says “WHAT do you want on it”. So I answered more toppings, at this time she finished warming it and put HALF A SPOON OF RICE ON IT. The portion was so small I said “can I please have more rice? Thanks”. She sighed very loudly and rolled her eyes before adding a tiny bit more. She said “we ain’t got fajita veggies”……I look behind her and I see the dark haired male employee MAKING FAJITA VEGGIES. I said “well can’t I have those?” And she shook her head, made a nasty face, and said “nah nothing we can do”…. There was nobody waiting behind me. Then as she moved the burrito down the line to get queso the man came up behind her and said “about 1 minute left till veggies are done”…. She muttered under her breath to her female coworker “I ain’t waiting on that shit” and moved my burrito down. Her attitude towards me was heightened and nasty for absolutely no reason, I’m a respectful person and greeted her wjth kindness the whole encounter. The only reason I didn’t stand up for myself and clap back is because she was pregnant and I don’t scream at pregnant women. But best believe I wanted to. I have never been treated like that in this place before and it was incredibly frustrating and disgusting. Again I understand she’s pregnant and could be hormonal/sick, I’m a woman so I understand that, but the behavior and attitude was not excusable. I will continue to come to this location as I always have, but if I have to interact with her again I will NOT be so nice and dismissive of her behavior. Management should absolutely be having a discussion with her because that was uncalled for.
