Yummy and quick, as usual for Pizza Hut. I don’t know what it is, but at every Pizza Hut I’ve been to in the past year, the employees are always professional and most are just very, very nice and very pleasant to interact with. No complaints at all.

I’m sorry I can’t rate a zero. You don’t deserve a 1 star. We order from the Stacy rd location often. Tonight is the second time that our order never arrived. Family sitting around waiting. Apparently they use Door Dash for deliveries and that’s the problem. And customer service is in India or Pakistan or some other country far away. Both times, I never received notice that my order would not be delivered. I will NEVER order from you again. I gave you a second chance and you blew it. Adios Pizza Hut. My prediction: out of business.

We don’t want free pizza, we want better service. I’ve ordered from this location numerous times and you’d think it’d get better but it doesn’t. When you’ve got a house full of family and hungry kids you want what you order when you order it. It’s frustrating when you place your order and then have half of the family wait for fresh pizzas because they weren’t made worthy enough to sell. Nearly every time there’s something wrong with the order. The order is usually the same with the exception of drinks, cheesey bread or wings; which are trash btw, not sauced enough and usually overcooked or like they’ve been cooked gotten cold and recooked in old oil. We always get light sauce because you’ll end up with cheese floating on a bed of sauce if you don’t. Then there’s the time our pizzas only had toppings down the middle and the rest was dry and cooked with light sauce but nothing else. There’s one manager that tries her best to satisfy her customers, Imani. She’s been great and she’s had to replace our pizzas on more than one occasion. But I’m so tired of ordering food, paying then having to wait for fresh food because the food we ordered and paid for wasn’t fresh. Pizza Hut needs to step their game up.

Poor customer service/ seal broken on pizza and no seal on wing.
The door dasher broke the seal on my pizza and the there was no seal on my wings. The door dasher then tried to give me this door dash bag saying I can keep it. Then he refused to take my pizza out the bag. Not to mention he sat on a dead end street with my food for 10 mins.when I got my food it look really weird . PIZZA HUT REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK SAYING THEY DONT DO REFUNDS. I had to call customer service while in the store they so say processed my refund and I should see it in 1-3 business days. Customer service said the store should have gave a refund. You should not eat here management his horrible customer service experience was disappointing.

I schedule an order for 10:30 and it comes an hour and a half early with a message saying “To get your order to you faster, our 3rd party delivery partner is OTW!”
I didn’t want them to bring it to me early.. that’s why I scheduled it. And they don’t pick up the phone. Ridiculous.

Amazing! Good pizza, desserts, overall everything! It has a nice look and delivers well and fast. It’s really trustable and warming. Service is pretty fast. Our pizza only took us around 5-10 minutes.

Pizza was late by 20min, Pizza Hut also outsources delivery drivers (door dash)? Pizza tasted plain and low on cheese and way over on sauce. A frozen pizza would be WAY better haha. Would not recommend.

I ordered the Detroit style pizza where there was next to no cheese on the crust. When I called to request a refund the employee told me he couldn’t do that and the general manager would have to call me on Monday. When asked the employee gave me the name of “Malik.” The general manager never called. The service was also horrible. I was in the Pizza Hut and was not helped until 8 minutes later. I read the previous reviews and there’s a common trend. I do not recommend going here. Take your money else where. Huge waste of time.
